Kaktus Boutique Hotel Side

大家千萬不要定這個酒店，********，我們定的四個豪華三人間，700多一晚上，一共3000多，結果到了以後衹給了我們一個豪華三人間，然後給了兩個很小的大床間和一個招待所都不如的三人間，而且房間都沒打掃乾淨。我們先找男的老闆，答應給我們換房間，結果女的老闆感覺明顯歧視中國人，説的不會給我們換房間，然後我們就説那就按照我們定的房間給我們，他就説他的是精品家庭酒店，我們中國人習慣不好，會吵到他的客户，讓我們離開，他會退我們的錢，讓我們重新找酒店。在反覆確認要退我們費用後，我們就重新定了一個酒店並當時第一時間就告訴了攜程客服。但沒想到攜程與他們溝通的時候，酒店居然翻臉不認人，説我們在他們酒店呆了四個小時，還把他們的毛巾，牙刷。肥皂，洗髮水都使用了，我們到酒店發現房型不對就拍攝了照片，並提交給了攜程，拍攝的時間到我們重新定另外一個酒店，並去另外一個酒店前後不到一個小時，而且我們出門都是自帶的毛巾和洗漱用品，當時是當地時間下午，又不是早晚，忙着出去玩都搞不贏，怎麼可能使用他們的那些東西，最可恨的是還居然告訴攜程説我們在他們那裡呆了四個小時。誰會大老遠的從國內跑去這麼漂亮的西代海濱小鎮，然後不去海邊玩，在酒店呆四個小時，更不會無聊到住了四個小時把那些洗漱用品都用了還去反覆折騰退房換酒店，感覺這******了，滿口胡言，睜着眼睛説瞎話。我們反覆詢問了他説會退我們的錢，但是他又説也還沒收到錢，錢在代理那裡，他不能馬上退我們，我們信任了他，結果我們離開後他就不認賬了。我們也希望攜程作為最大的旅遊服務平台，能給我們一個滿意的答覆。因為當時出於對平台的信任，也沒有錄和店主對話的視頻，但是保留了翻譯軟件的對話內容和房間的照片，大家可以看下他酒店提供的豪華三人間的照片和給我們的房間照片對比，真的太大了。第一。是他們自己不能提供我們預訂的房型，第二是他讓我們離開的，並承諾了要退換我們費用，最後翻臉不承認了。以上內容絕對不是亂説，如有假話，天打五雷轟。真心希望大家千萬不要定這一個沒有誠信的酒店，免得被坑被騙。而且尤其是中國人，老闆明顯就很瞧不起中國人。也希望攜程升級投訴後最後能給我們一個滿意的答覆。

The location is great, just across a pedestrian road from the sea. Negotiate directly with the hotel for your price because the room we had was WAY overpriced. Room 107 is up a staircase and has a double and a single bed, a large window to open, and a very good balcony. The shower falls directly onto the toilet and you must squeegee the floor after a shower. The breakfast (quite nice) is served outside at around 10 AM (although they say it will be at 9). You must leave you car outside the archeological area (where hotel is located) and walk or take a tram to the hotel. We were able to park on the streets for free but the official way is to park in a paid lot. Buy your beer/wine/snacks a few miles from Side because within the town things cost double. In the morning hoards of people come into town to view the ruins.

We travel to Antalya every year and this year we thought we’d try a week in side followed by a week in Kaleici. We booked 8 nights in the kaktus boutique hotel after a lot of research and we were excited about our stay. We are not those travellers that want to stay in resorts or in big fancy hotels. We much prefer the small family run hotels and guest houses. Unfortunately we made a mistake booking the Kaktus. We arrived to the hotel at around 3am after a slight 40 min delay into Antalya airport, but we’d informed the hotel when booking of our approx arrival time and we had a confirmation response, So after arriving we realised the hotel was completely closed up, no one around at all except a couple of rats running along the side of the breakfast area wall. Eventually after waiting 30 mins we stopped a passing guy who called the hotel and thankfully the owner turned up a minute later. Very friendly guy as is his wife who we met a bit later. So we are shown to our room upstairs and as we enter we see the bed not made and the room is dirty, off goes the guy after saying he make up the bed. So 10 minutes later, in walks the wife snd possibly the sister to make up the room at 4am. They ask us to sit on the balcony which we do and can see neither the undersheet or the pillow cases are changed. Then as we’re looking off the balcony we notice next doors balcony door is open, look over and there is actually someone sleeping on the floor. So mows it’s 4.30.am, we’re shattered and just want some sleep. Problem is the curtain was pretty much hanging off the rail and there is nothing but a net curtain over the balcony door and I’m aware someone is sleeping 5 foot away. Don’t get any sleep as the sun starts to rise at 5.20am and we’ve nothing to cover the door, Literally got up and looked at each other in despair. I could not spend another 7 days here so we headed downstairs and saw the friendly owner who asked if we wanted breakfast, think he knew what was coming, I tried to explain but with language barrier the response we got was yes, small room, Anyways, spoke to the wife and I’m not going to moan but she agreed to us paying 60€ for the single night of 4 hours and she will cancel the booking. Other things to mention is there was one plug socket in the entire room, the shower is literally a hand held shower head over the toilet, the owners room is across the hallway from our room so it feels more like their house that we’re staying in and the door was so thin you could literally hear everything. Thankfully we found another hotel 10 mins away but with the cost of the single night plus booking a hotel at such short notice, we were left approx 180€ out of pocket. Positives, the Kaktus is right on the waterfront and only a 5 minute walk to the beach club on the quiet beach we went to every day. The family really are lovely and I wish them all the luck. This hotel shows pet friendly but the owner’s attitude to our small dog was really not nice. She has a dog too but she wanted me to carry my dog to the room and told me to make sure my dog does not climb to the beds. The room she gave us was ugly, dirty, dark. When I told her the room is nothing like in the pictures she told me she only has two rooms for dog owners. Obviously the two rooms are the ugliest rooms of this hotel. She was also rude to me when I asked for face towels and shampoo. I donot recommend her service and the hotel at all.

We had found this hotel quite attractive from the photos and comments. Indeed it is about 10 meters away from the beach; convenient for children. While we were driving to this hotel (5 hours drive) we received an email saying they cancelled our booking; not even a phone call.. When we are abroad we disconnect data and all on our phones and connect from time to time. Therefore we found out they cancelled our booking right when we arrived there! Amazing.. They claimed that they currently had a family in our rooms that were positive to covid.. We never saw any of the staff or the customers wearing masks. We never saw any government agency confining the hotel either. They instead suggested a hotel 50 meters behind, without any view and a depressing terrasse. Rooms were extremly basic, no decoration at all. This was quite an experience. Kaktus hotel offered us breakfasts and one dinner, but then on the day we left and were settling the invoice (we paid the other hotel TO this kaktus hotel.. strange) the manager suddenly didn't agree with the hotel price and tried to increase the price. We actually think that they cancelled our booking because we booked in february for july. Turkey has 80% inflation per year so it makes "sense" to try to cancel and accept new bookings at a better exchange rate. Way too many problems with this hotel. Better book ANY other hotel. we do not recommend at all this hotel.

Nous passions par la nous étions en train de nous promener et d acheter des souvenirs pr nos familles quand on a vu les grenades et les noix de coco ...comme nous avions soif nous avons décidé de nous arrêter pr nous rafraîchir...nous sommes accueilli par un enfant très gentil mais qui ne comprenait pas que nous voulions des jus de grenade...le père est arrivé et a commencé à s énerver ....on a pas trop compris pourquoi...ils nous a demandé d un ton sec qu'est ce que vous voulez ? J ai donc répondu un jus de grenade svp il m'a servi le jus et j ai du demander de la glace car il était chaud ...ma copine a également pris un jus de Grenade sauf que elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi il était en colère alors il lui a répondu qu'il n'était pas obligé d être aimable et souriant qu'il n était pas un singe ....nous ne nous serions jamais permis de l insulter de la sorte et nous lui avons dit et c'est la qui nous a répondu sur un ton agressif JE SUIS DANS MON PAYS JE FAIS CE QUE JE VEUX SI T ES PAS CONTENT TU TE CASSE...ça va un peu loin pr un jus de grenade quand-même...alors soyons clair cet endroit je ne le recommande absolument pas et même je vous dirais de fuir ...personne raciste qui nous a clairement fait comprendre qu'il n aimait pas les arabes et jus de fruits dégueulasse...avec des insectes a l intérieur ....pr 3 euros c'est juste un voleur ne vous faites pas arnaquer par cette personne !

Sezon sonu olmasına rağmen hiç eksiksiz hizmet aldığım bir otel. Çalışanlar tarafından güler yüzlü ve çok içten karşılandık. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok güzeldi. Ayrıca otopark sıkıntı deniliyor ama hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık otopark var. Odalarımız her daim temizdi samimi ortamı ve ilgi alakaları için çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok memnun kaldık 😍🥰❤️
