Sun Beach Park & Spa

So....after I booked and then read the reviews, I was looking to change the hotel. However, when we arrived the guy at reception couldn't be more helpful. His English was great, as are all of the staff. Baring in mind I'm Scottish and they still understood us. We'd booked the promo room. Which was basically an attic room with no balcony and sloped room. The guy upgraded us for free , without even asking , due to me being so tall. We got a room with a balcony, hroind floor. He even took our cases to the room and showed us how to work everything in the room. The rooms are basic but clean. Comfy beds. Aircon works fine. Shower is great ! The foods as expected for turkey. The pool areas are clean. One quiet pool. One with music. The staff actually take drink orders at your sunbed! No issues getting beds. The photos online do not do the place justice at all. So all in all. Ignore the bad reviews. Only negative , due to my preference , is the area is very very quiet.

Had a lovely fortnight at Sun Beach Park, Side. Everything is clean. The food is fantastic. Master chef Halil, at the snack bar cooks amazing lunchtime menu. Turkish Pide, pasta, and today, the best Lasagne I've eaten. Thank you Sun Beach Park for a lovely holiday

Read so many negatives here and expected the worst, but everything was very nice. The rooms not in newest condition but very clean, with the balcony, fridge , tv . The service stuff very friendly all the time of the day . Thanks for that. Especially the Ramazan days, but you were very professional. Yes some food like pasta was every day the same, but had so many other options. You could find anything to eat, specially starter food.. so much options.. The only negative was the WiFi, at room sometime were down. But was ok after a while. Outside of hotel in 50m you could find some nice stores and after 100m you direct to the sea.

I wouldn't recomment this hotel 2 annybody...bad food every single day...bad beds bad showers nothing really's good!!!!! Booked all inclusive and still we've got to Pay for the drinks, Coffee machine constant empy..you name it.

This hotel does not cater for British no one speaks English not even the manager should not be on the English TUI website! We asked to change rooms as we had no balcony we were on the road side the dustbins were emptied every morning at 4.30 AM! Food was same everyday twice a day

Our review for this hotel is not the best. We are really used to something, we had not experienced this. The room we got was clean, but corny. The balcony came out between 2 buildings where only aico's hung. We could not understand each other when we sat on the balcony. The bedding was full of indefinable stains and 1 of them seemed to be a blood stain. We asked for another room but that was not possible. The request to change sheets was not understood, instead we were given extra blankets. The restaurant was all inclusive. This was the first time we experienced that some guests had to eat standing up. There was just not enough space. The food is very one-sided, much of the same but prepared in a different way. We therefore went out to eat several nights. The entertainment is very limited. One evening a group of dancers came for half an hour and then it was over. The music was not for the target group present at that time. You could dance by yourself afterwards to a band. Neighboring hotels did have an evening program and it was therefore a bit sad that guests of the Sun Beach Park hotel looked over the wall to the other hotels to see the fun. The beach is very crowded. Beach beds are against each other, but this money for every hotel. Unfortunately for us this was very disappointing, we will not go back to the Sun Beach Park hotel.

Admittedly I read the reviews last minute, I was horrified! Tried to change hotels as I really didn’t want to come after reading! Too late we had to, so was trying to look forward to a holiday I really didn’t want to go on :( arrived around 6pm to a lovely reception! All staff we came across were friendly and really tried to help and understand! Rooms were good cleaned every day, really can’t complain. Food, is as bad as the reviews say it’s awful in the hotel really not much choice at all. We filled up at the snack bar outside at lunch time as this seemed to be the best place to eat! By the end of the week we were hangry and couldn’t wait to eat tidy. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel so best advice would be for this hotel is stay b&b and eat out. The all inclusive drinks consist of beer, wine, gin and vodka so found the quite pitiful too, but the barmen were all absolutely fantastic! Pools, yes be quick to get your towels down, but doesn’t that happen everywhere? No I wouldn’t come back but I never do to any hotel, I’m so pleased this holiday didn’t turn out to be as bad as the reviews. The beach is also quite nice, full and always busy not included in the all inclusive as it states. Fab location, loved the shops and places to eat. Entertainment was poor but they really did try to get everyone involved for the hour.

After reading the reviews on this hotel we were apprehensive about coming. Even calling TUI to ask if they could move us. I have to say our experience was nothing like the reviews we read. The room was lovely and adequate for two people staying. The hotel rooms and around the pool were spotless. The restaurant was OK however the snack bar had a great selection changed daily. The staff really make this hotel special both at the pool the evening lobby bar as well as the reception staff. The others guests were mixed including with plenty of English guests. We would consider coming back here again.

Book the sunbeach spa hotel with TUI when arrived we were told we couldn't book in as it was 12 midday to book in and we had arrived at 6 in the morning we were taken to sister hotel supposedly untill 12 then they didn't have room till next day then they didn't have room at all we ended up staying in the sunbeach hill for all our 2 weeks TUI was a waste of space food in both hotels was German and Russian forget a cooked English breakfast r anything even close if u like sprouts for breakfast your in luck the owners of the hotel r not bothered about British as there main clientele r German russian
