my recent stay are on business traveler, the location just nice and overall are acceptable with the room rate.
I am very happy with the room size, is big and spacious even bigger than other hotels.

Excellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here.

Fast check in and check out process. The hotel is clean. River view won’t be as pleasing as it was partially blocked by an apartment right in front of the hotel. Location is great. Many coffee shops nearby.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, the location is so good with cafes, kopitiam, bistros surrounding it. The hotel looks quite new to me, the room is so spacious the beddings are comfort, the bathroom looks modern too. On the whole is very clean. The Deluxe room comes with mini fridge and bed settee. Parking is free but peak time is full n you need park a little distance away.

Was given a room but when checked into the room, we discovered the roofing was moldly and immediately requested for a change of room as it is health hazard to the dwellers. At first we were told the hotel was fully booked but we insisted on changing as long as there is a room. At last, was given a similar room but was charged at Rm12++ more. That is the reason i gave a star on rating as i think if there is an issue on the room, the hotel management should just change the room without making a fuse on the customer.
