I have been visiting shirdi every year since 2022 and every year I stay here.The staff is very good and helpful.I travelled with my mum n mum in law and felt secure .Looking forward for next visit soon ..perfect location as ***dir is just opposite to the hotel location

Reception folks are very unfriendly and grumpy. Room has no soap and towels were very old and dirty. bathroom has no towel holders and ac water is dripping on head.

The bedspread is torn. They charged Rs. 2200/-, so they should not use worn-out bedspreads. Even the towels and quilts are too old. They look almost black, but their actual color is white. They did change after the request but should have not used it in the first place.

This is a fraud hotel. Be very careful. The official number given is fraud. They do money scamming. I recommend not to deal with this hotel. Hotel ***agement has to take strict action on the staff doing money laundering.

We stayed for two days and a night in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and sufficient. Neatly maintained. No tooth brushes, soap or shampoo are provided to the customers. Instead they have a body shampoo in the shower and face wash soap solution near the wash basin inthe rest room. Room service - not good Cost of the rooms - slightly high Neatness - good Availability of vehicles for local temples - yes, plenty Location - just opposite to the samadhi ***dir gate no- 5. Restaurant food - should improve. Cost of food - high Overall rating - 4.0 / 5.0

The best part of the hotel is it's location. It is right opposite to the sai baba temple. Very convenient if you wish to attend the kakkar aarti. The AC executive AC rooms are comfortable. Avoid the Non AC rooms. Although they call it a 3 star property, the amenities and service isn't as expected. No toilet paper unless you specifically ask for it. Lift isn't functional. Car parking in basement isn't available. You'll have to park at a ground behind the property. I strongly recommend you carry your own towel and toiletries with you. Overall, it is okay to spend just one night. Convenient for visiting the temple.
