Food is good and ambience is very good it was very good nature of staff and the room was very good and so we enjoyed very much about the activities children are enjoying very much Suniema nature was good and corporate with me I enjoyed very much and my family really enjoyed

The Service and facilities are very good. Staff is very helpful. Overall a very good stay. Games and Spa facilities are also available. Travel desk provided the relevant information for travelling to Kufri and Shimla. Highly recommended for a comfortable vacation.

We arrived at Sterling Kufri in the evening on May 8th, 2024, following a four-hour drive from Chandigarh. The front office staff at Sterling promptly checked us in and graciously offered us a selection of rooms to choose from. Despite being an older property, our room was cozy and well-maintained. The hospitality of the Food & Beverage team, including Chef Imran, Sukesh, Naresh, and others whose names escape me, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, even preparing dishes and freshly baked chapatis upon our request despite opting for the buffet. Their warmth made us feel right at home. Evenings at Sterling Kufri were filled with engaging activities organized by the activity depar**ent, including games and karaoke, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. One incident that stands out is when my wife misplaced her diamond earring. Upon notifying the hotel staff, we were pleasantly surprised by their honesty and dedication. Thanks to Mohit and Sohan, who diligently searched the banquet hall where we had participated in activities, we were reunited with the lost earring. Their swift action and integrity left a lasting impression on us. After three days at Sterling Kufri, we are now en route to Sterling Chail, carrying with us fond memories of the exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and plethora of activities.

We were received very well. The rooms were very well maintained. We enjoyed the food immensely. We were very glad to find South Indian food, we enjoyed the dosa and tomato rice especially. The travel desk was very accommodating and helped create fun memories. Above all, the staff were extremely receptive and courteous. Thanking you for giving us a memorable and enjoyable stay.
