Good service staff behaviour was good meet and clean rooms I recommend this hotel for tourism who need friendly behave and good service with good staff specially front desk staff they change my room as I requested him to change and alott me higher category room

The hotel was ok. Rooms were satisfactory as there were many flaws as some of the power sockets were notworking. Service was good. There was no balcony so i felt betrayed about that. Windows were small and not clean. Overall i won't recommend anyone of young age to stay here unless untill they need bus station really close of their hotel.

Cozy and comfortable stay at ck. Got a complimentary room upgrade to valley view room. Location is easy to find, right above isbt and the rooms are hygienic and well sanitised.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and the view from the room is just awesome. The food is homely and delectable. The valley facing rooms are lovely to stay with views that are enchanting and serene to the eyes. Worth a stay for couples and families.

Comfortable stay; clean and well furnished room with great view. Very polite and helpful staff. The food was great ; would like to visit again. Free parking is available and moreover there is a nearby theatre also; it is situated in the bus stand complex.

We went for a get-together in a restaurant with a nice ambiance and the food was excellent and we ordered food soup was so tasty and we ordered indian main course, Indian food so yummy and testy. I love Indian food we enjoyed a lot and my friend also enjoyed a lot.

From the location, access, building exterior view to hotel facade, surroundings and internals, everything is below standards and that shown in photos. Further the staff is rude and unhelpful and communicating difficult.
