The front desk 💁🏻♀️ Xiao Liu checked in enthusiastically and efficiently, introduced us to Longxing Temple, ancient city performances, light shows, etc. in Zhengding, and introduced us to the delicious and fun things around. He enthusiastically introduced us to the executive bar on the 28th floor of the hotel, which integrates tea, laundry and fitness. He also helped us make an appointment for the bus to Zhengding. Don’t be too happy. The booked room also helped us upgrade for free. There is coffee in the room. I heard that some rooms in the hotel have foot baths, and they also contacted us to send foot baths, which made me quickly feel the thoughtful service in the fatigue of the journey. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is simple and generous, yet warm. The facilities in the room are complete. The mattress is said to be a Serta mattress, which is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and tidy. I like the smell of toiletries. When I checked out, I also gave a bottle of portable laundry detergent with the same fragrance. The hotel’s care is fully reflected in the details. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts. Whether you want to enjoy Chinese porridge, noodles, or Western bread and salad, it can meet your needs. The restaurant environment is good and the service is good, which makes people feel comfortable. Thumbs up for Xiao Liu again👍🏻

I am very disappointed with the management of the swimming pool at 6th floor regarding to : 1. No life guard provided and allow non-guest swimming lessons occupying the whole pool without the area separated. 2. There are three so-called coaches to look after the pools but they all turn a blind eye when seeing someone break the safety codes including diving. 3, as you know no matter the business arrangement between intercontinental and the pool operation team, we as a guest the interest of us should prevail over the non guest learners of the swimming lessons. 4. I have repeatedly reminded the swimming coaches about the issue but they just do not pay any attention and performed any precautionary actions.

During the 2024 National Day holiday, I chose to travel in Shijiazhuang for three days. After a lot of strategies, I chose to stay at the ”Yunzhen Jinling World Trade Hotel”. My choice of hotel is great! The location of the hotel, the quality of the waiters, and the breakfast in the restaurant are all great! The subway exit is the hotel, and the provincial museum is opposite the hotel, which is convenient for eating, drinking and traveling. The hotel also carefully prepared food for the children to feed the pigeons. Every night when I returned to the hotel, there were fruit plates and sugar water on the bedside table. The paring knife was particularly attentive. The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfast buffets, and the waitress is very friendly and has a very good sense of service👍. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Shijiazhuang in the future!

I went home to visit relatives during the May Day holiday. This time I stayed at Century Hotel. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy, with white bedding. The room was also decorated. When the waiter in the guest room saw us with our children, he specially prepared small toys for us. The children were very happy. I like it, thank you very much. The breakfast here is very rich and has Hebei characteristics. The girls at the front desk are very helpful. Staying at Century is a smart choice.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are two large shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel's reservation depar**ent called in advance to arrange the room and sent fruit. The service is warm and considerate.

This hotel is fine, but to be honest, the check-in procedure for foreigners is way too long and intrusive. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in China and this is the first time I've been asked that many questions (COVID time included): What's the purpose of my stay, where do I live and work, what airline did I use to arrive in China (even though I have been living in China for almost three years) and what was the flight number, etc. This is not acceptable!

The hotel has above-ground and underground parking lots. During the May Day holiday, there was basically no space on the ground, but there were quite a few underground parking spaces, but they were basically full. The hotel is close to the government and you can see the TV tower. It is well decorated and has a complete range of facilities, including swimming, fitness and buffet. Welcome fruit is provided in the room. The house is square and the mattress is very thick, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, the curtains have a good shading effect, the TV signal is slightly worse, the room is very clean, and the attitudes of all kinds of waiters are very good.

High grade, extremely cost-effective, one bedroom and one living room, equivalent to a suite!

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the hotel lobby is comfortable, the front desk service is very attentive, the room type is also very comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows can see the night view of the entire street.
