The hotel is located on the east side of Happy Coast. You can see Shenzhen Bay and Nanshan City from the balcony of the hotel room. There are dedicated underground parking spaces for parking. The room is large and the layout is very reasonable. The functional area partitions can be opened, making it very bright during the day. , closed at night and very private. Because it is next to Happy Coast, not far from Splendid China, Window of the World and Happy Valley, a taxi only costs a dozen yuan. Breakfast is pretty good, mainly Chinese style breakfast, slightly worse Western style.

It has been 10 years. Although it is not very new, the service is pretty good and the room is large. I originally booked the room type in OCT. The lady at the front desk also upgraded me to a room to watch the Happy Coast Theater. Because I stayed here 8 years ago, I have a bit of a memory complex, so I stayed here again!

As soon as I arrived at the lobby, the staff enthusiastically helped to pick up my luggage. The person who received me was Cora at the front desk. The service was excellent and attentive. Because it was a party, there were a lot of things that needed help to be delivered to the room, and they were delivered in a timely manner every time! ! Pick-up and drop-off by car is very convenient. Very satisfied with the check-in experience ~ no hidden charges! I will order [love] next time

The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the metro and main parts of the city. The room is spacious, but it felt too old, with a weird smell, a bit damp. The hotel and rooms are needing an update, even the lights in the room, there isnt a master switch. There was a strong smell of cigarette from next door, and a bit noisy. Thr bathroom is old and outdated, a bit dark. Once taking a shower the water ran cold and didnt heat up again. It was clean enough and the staff spoke great English. It isnt a bad hotel, just needs an upgrade.

We have a very good stay. The first surprise is that our rooms are upgraded. Just want to say ”thank you very much”. The rooms are very spacious and newly renovated. The bathtub is large, which comes with a view . The room has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and a glimpse of ” China Splendid”. When you arrive your room, you will exclaim with ”wows” and feel relaxing when you step out to the balcony. We paid the room rate together with breakfast, whch is cheaper than you buy separately, It's conveneient to eat there and head out to the swimming pools and sight-seeing. The buffet has a wide seletcion of food. It has freshly squeezed juice - it's very rare to see now. I must give a thumb up to the two staffs, who are busy squeeziing juices to all those demaning customers. The swimming pool with slides and waterfun activies are in the shade. Even though it's even blazing hot outside, you can still enjoy and have fun. It's prefect for us. My children do not want too thrilling slides. I also don't want my heart to beat too fast! Another huge pool is very relaxing to swim , float and there's a pool bar. We went to Go-Kart on our last day, whcih was $10 Taxi drive. My teenage son had a blast. Thank you very much to the Cconcierge Kevin, who helped us to check whether it was open and get a cheaper rate on the App. I would strongly recommend to this hotel for a relaxing weekend with the kids. You can defintly chill out. When you stay in Shenzhen hotels, you can always expect 5-star services. InterContinental Shenzhen certainly lives up to the expection with a fraction of the price.

We were given a non smoking room but could still smell the smoke odour, we requested to change room but was informed that we have to wait two hours. A new room on a higher floor with bath tub was assigned and we were allowed to use the lounge for breakfast next morning, which was much less crowded than the restaurant on ground floor. A wide variety of Chinese and western style food was offered.

The hotel decoration style is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful. I recently had the pleasure of staying at H'life Hotel in the OCT district of Shenzhen, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and several nearby attractions. The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient during the check-in process, making me feel welcomed from the start. My room was clean and adequately furnished, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were basic but functional, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast buffet. While not extravagant, it offered a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. The dining area had a pleasant ambiance, making it an excellent place to start the day. However, I must mention a few minor issues during my stay. The housekeeping service could have been more consistent, as there were a couple of instances when my room was not fully restocked with toiletries. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, though adequate, were slightly dated and could benefit from some renovation. In conclusion, my stay at H'life Hotel in the OCT district was pleasant and met my basic needs. While there is room for improvement in certain aspects, I still enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again if I visit Shenzhen.

Hanting's current hardware and services are very good. It was my first time in Shenzhen and I booked this Zhuzilin store. The location is very good, very close to the subway station, not far from Shenzhen Bay and Happy Coast, and parking is free. The room facilities and hygiene are clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect is good. The latex pillow in the hotel is very comfortable😊

The hotel is very close to the subway, and it is convenient to travel within a five- to six-minute walk. There are many various restaurants around. The room facilities are relatively old. The floor drain in the shower room drains water very slowly, and your feet are soaked in the water. The air conditioner didn't work, the projector didn't work, and there was no hair dryer stored in the room. The hotel's breakfast didn't even have a buffet, the portion per person was very small, and the rice rolls in the morning were completely burnt. After breakfast in the morning, it was not enough. I went to the noodle shop next door to eat ramen. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. Xiao Huang who received me last night was very attentive and thoughtful.

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

We liked the hotel location and amenities, especially the self-service laundry room and the late night noodles in the dining room. The hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall (KK One) and has a subway station right in front. Many food options and coffee shops nearby. The only caveat is the check-in experience. When we arrived at the check in time, the hotel receptionist said we couldn't check in because the previous guest hadn't checked out. And they recommend we purchase the Atour membership for ~280 RMB to get an upgraded room so that we can check in now, otherwise we'd have to wait indefinitely for the previous guest to check out. This seems scammy. We complained to Trip.com and they helped us resolve it with the hotel who then gave us the upgrade for free.

During the Spring Festival, I arranged a trip to Shenzhen with my children. I accidentally chose this apartment to stay for six days and five nights. The room I stayed in felt like home. When I came back every day, my fatigue was wiped away. Auntie would also clean the room every day. The facilities are very complete. Downstairs is the KK One shopping mall, which has everything you need to eat, drink, and play. It is a few steps away from Metro Line 9. It is very convenient for traveling to various attractions. What I especially like 👍 is that the owner of the apartment is very considerate and even saw me dragging him alone. Even though it was inconvenient to have two children, they helped us delay check-out. We will choose this hotel next time we come to Shenzhen.

You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Hardware: Perfect Location, right next to the subway station exit (less than 10M), behind is the mega shopping mall, and the mega supermarket is also next to it. Hotel room: Big room, fantastic city view, 65” TV, lots of mandarin channels, I don’t see any foreign channel, such as BBC, CNN, NHK. Toilet n bathroom have a very weird design, 1st nothing to hang the clothes, that’s mean u need to put everything outside, even the towel, u need to come out nake to get it 😳. 2nd, both of them have no lock. yes, have door but no lock😳. Software: I must give a very high compliment to FnB, polite n helpful. A lady put her dirty dishes to a clean table next to her, the FnB manager saw the whole thing from far away, then approach the lady say sorry becos her service is not fast enough to clean up her table, then take the dirty dishes away… In breakfast time, I ask the noodle counter where I can get a spoon, he come out all the way from his counter to show me the spoon. Also, I make two coffee together w the food, the waitress help me take it back to my table. Housekeeping are also very helpful when I ask for more pillows n tooth brushes. However, I still see my wife hair in the toilet after cleaning. Anyway, housekeeping are good, I know they are busy. Front desk n bellboy do not much interactive w them, so so… Overall, this one is good hotel. Definitely recommended.

Although the hotel is old, it has standardized equipment. From here, take the MTR three stops to Futian Station, which is very convenient for going to West Kowloon. Similarly, Home Inn is not as spacious as Luo Wu, but compared to hotels in Hong Kong, it is very comfortable. There are fewer washing machines and dryers than Hanting, but considering the price, it’s okay.
