It’s kind ok residential area….Is very convenient and in prime location… connect to metro station … shopping center

Service was excellent and always quick and responsive.
Location is perfect, train station right at doorstep, mall's and restaurants all around.
The only disappointment was the lack of amenities, for example, there is a nice kitchen, a kettlen but there are absolutely no cups, utensils or cookware. Guests have to buy your own. It should be clearly stated in booking form, as for places with kitchen, they always provided the kitchen wares.
The swimming pool wasn't ready till Aug/Sep.

程寓公寓由地下上樓層到前台，感覺比較是普通民宿，但步入房間竟然感覺不一樣，有二層的套房，比較不一般，面積足60-70平方，三佰多格價超值享受，裝修很好，優雅又不失禮，
樓下便是藍鯨商場及萬達廣場在側，內有二間超市，相當方便

整體很滿意，只是有很幼小小朋友的家庭不建議選這個房型，因怕上落會有意外，尤其小朋友喜歡在樓梯上上落落玩耍。不足之處是，熱水爐是儲水式的，熱水用完要等待。十分讚是有洗衣乾衣機及洗衣液提供，還有大雪櫃，有冰箱。如果能借用餐具和洗潔精更加好。
