All was perfect , just a note that they do not have smart toilet with water , they have normal water,, was written that they got smart toilet

I'm sorry, but I left this apartment after having been there for one hour or so, and I asked for a refund from trip.com, which they offered.
There were many stains on the wall, the room smelled musky and even though it says it has a balcony, it absolutely does not, and it was not possible to air the room properly, so that I could get the smell out of the room.
Furthermore, it's very far away from the lively Shenzhen, and so if you're using public transport, I definitely will not recommend this.
Even finding the apartment was a hassle, as the owner will not meet you and there is no staff. I had to communicate with her over wechat and ask other Chinese people around to help me translate what she was saying.
Very disappointing and disingenuous host.

酒店房間很好，第一次入住，體驗很不錯滿意!來深圳玩一天，選了他們家酒店不踩雷，服務態度很熱情主動，辦入住手續後耐心指導入住門密碼使用方法，房間可以反鎖，安全性很高。房間隔音效果很好，一覺睡自然醒，可以坐在飄窗欣賞外面的風景，採光通風很好，風很舒服，樓層很高，很喜歡。有洗衣機，24小時熱水，非常方便~對面就是就是商場6979，麥當勞，KFC,星巴克，很多餐廳，外賣可以直接送上樓門口，酒店位置優越特別好，出行很方便。到深圳北也很近，不錯

公寓真是不錯
1.離地鐵真的很近很近出地鐵站100多米，交通特別方便哦
2.裝修很有特色
3.房間配套齊全，複式樓2層公寓，衞生乾淨，床單很白
4.電視可以投屏，可以看回看，追了一晚上的劇 慶餘年
5.周邊有幾個大型購物廣場，美食多多，6979晚上還有帥哥美女唱歌
6.前台服務超級好哦，問什麼都回復快，有耐心
個人覺得這個價格超值得入住，價格實惠，一家4口人住的很滿意

公寓周邊繁華，晚上6979特別熱鬧.房間安靜，朝花園的，衞生乾淨，服務態度不錯，客服還推薦了去6979吃東西，這邊真的很熱鬧，不虧是網格打卡點，房間價格也實惠，床和沙發超級舒服，下次還會選擇！

對這次的住房非常滿意，環境和服務都特別，，周邊環境也很好，安各種餐廳，小吃和便利店都有 設施完善，房間乾淨，被子都很舒服，房間陽光很好，洗手間乾濕分離，房間可以晾衣服，各方面都很好，交通方便，紅山地鐵站下地鐵幾分鐘就到了，客服還告訴我周邊好吃的餐廳，下次有機會再來

酒店在紅山地鐵站，龍華最繁華的地房，對面6979商業街，前台接待服務相當好，酒店很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，地鐵就在樓下，相當方便，出去玩到哪裡都不遠，到深圳北站一站，這個位置這樣價格的酒店是絕對值得入住的

這家就在深圳北站過來大概5分以內吧，很近，就在紅山地鐵口，第1次來住啦，體檢感很好，房間衞生乾淨，床品是純棉的那種質感非常舒服，絲滑，很新很新的，房間傢俬電器也很新，佈置的很温馨，是我喜歡的複式LOFT款，我和家人都很喜歡，價格實惠，有停車場，還有就是房東姐姐人非常好，有耐心，還會再來的
