The bed was fairly comfy, but all other things were getting outdated. Needs a renovation or replace the furnitures. Average experience in general.

Room are cleaner than most famous 5star hotels. All hotel staff are friendly and helped me a lot during I stayed hotel which is Shenzhen fair season. my Chinese is ok however still need to assist many things. Specially I want to say thank you; An Xian ( 安xian) she is working Restuarant.

Its a fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs.
We waited patiently for the check in, and they gave us a fruit basket for the wait.
Especially like the friendly attitude of 安妤陈. Keep up the good work !
