Location is ok. Metro stop is pretty close 200-300 metres. Mall is one stop away. High speed train station shenzhen north is pretty close. hotel needs renovation. There are not many options to eat near the hotel.

Service apartment hotel room is in a private apartment community. Customer service was very responsive. Hotel was exactly where we needed it to be, across from SUSTC University. No breakfast included but food, and convenience shops near the entrance to the community. Building is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Working washer which was nice to use on our long vacation. But an extra washer was keeping the kitchen balcony door open allowing heat and noise inside the apartment. Construction noise could be heard during the day. Bathroom and shower were very small. It’s a good value and there are limited choices to stay in the area.

前台服務良好，小管家預先在微訊發放入住資訊，很清晰很快就找到位置。
但前台與正式入住單位位於不同棟，登記完需再下樓。我們2家人預訂未能安排同層因單位分佈分散。

設施：基本需要的家電都很齊全，還有WiFi，幾個女生出遊住的，晚上睡覺有點害怕，很多公寓的大門是反鎖不了的，這家可以👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
衞生：衞生比想象中乾淨，很整潔，兩房一廳，還帶廚房陽台，如果長住也很適合
環境：在南山大學城附近，交通很方便，下地鐵走大概幾分鐘就到小區門口了，周邊人少很安靜，交通也算方便，早上六七點打車也能很快叫到，公寓在小區裏面，整體很高級
服務：提前了一週定房，酒店那邊當天提前打電話問了什麼時候入住，還主動發了酒店地址和入住指引，前台還有貓貓哈哈哈哈好可愛

房間設定合理，空間利用恰到好處，住的很舒服，視野開闊，隨時有熱水非常好；有的房間還可以看得到山景。隔音效果非常好，非常不錯！有晾衣架，撐衣架也很多，洗衣機洗衣服很方便！這一點大讚！離地鐵近，出行方便，去動物園也近。適合2人及家庭出行，性價比非常高。如果下次來深圳，還會選擇這裏。
