During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport, and I must say it was a delightful experience. After a grueling day of meetings and presentations, nothing could have been more refreshing than the warm welcome we received from the hotel's exceptional reception staff, SunShine and Rebecca.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, their friendly smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for our stay. SunShine, with an aptly fitting name, radiated positivity and made us feel right at home. Rebecca was equally impressive, offering us insightful suggestions on how to make the most of our time at the hotel. Whether it was recommending the best spots to unwind or highlighting features of the hotel that we shouldn't miss, their advice was invaluable.
Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and it’s clear that both SunShine and Rebecca take great pride in their roles. I sincerely hope that they continue to thrive in their careers at this hotel; they are indeed assets to the Hyatt brand.
Overall, the combination of excellent service from staff like SunShine and Rebecca, along with comfortable accommodations, made our stay at the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

Hotel name location a bit confusing but located just beside the airport , if you ordering food from delivery app better double confirm the hotel name as they got three similar name haha , but breakfast was good, room was normal but location very perfect you can very fast access to the airport

Super close to the terminal. It took me literally 15 minutes from hotel to the gates including security control.

Very near to Arrival Gate, need to take lift to 3rd Floor. Room is more spacious than expected.Breakfast is good. Will stay in this hotel again if I do visit Shenzhen again

This hotel is great if you have a stopover in Shenzhen. Very comfortable, good price, great breakfast and you don't have to leave the airport to get to it!
