The place is super clean! Huge room that can fit up to 3 people by adding an extra bed. Love the amenities including the lane pool and the professional gym! Close to a plaza for decent food!

We were given a non smoking room but could still smell the smoke odour, we requested to change room but was informed that we have to wait two hours. A new room on a higher floor with bath tub was assigned and we were allowed to use the lounge for breakfast next morning, which was much less crowded than the restaurant on ground floor. A wide variety of Chinese and western style food was offered.

Stayed multiple times. Loved every bit of it. Roomy and clean, friendly front desk, nice breakfast…this hotel has all I hoped for. Also Yuki was so helpful with all my inquiries and she deserves a thumb up.

It is a great hotel to stay in Shenzhen if you have a limited budget. The hotel is clean and they have all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that it is not walking distance from Futian High Speed Train Station.

We arrived at night time, the front desk lady Lynn has been very helpful with positive attitude. Surprisingly we got upgraded to a bigger room. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back in the future.
