a bery good anniversary trip. well matinenamce and beautiful facilities and room. hotel prepared a special decoration for my anniversary. The front desk staff Crystal Angelia is ver helpful

Overall, it met my expectations of the price I paid. There was a little cleaning problem with the mat but the supervisor picked up the case and stated she will take care of the issue right away and sincerely stated it won't happen again, and I believed her because she was the one that came to me directly asking if there are anything the hotel can improve. That is very good feeling that the hotel actually came directly to me and ask me what they can do to improve. That deserves 10 more points.. This hotel prices are reasonable, so for me I am really to give this hotels or groups a yes next time!!

The location is perfect for a resort type of leisure stay. The service was also great. They are very responsive to our requests and even do an extra mile to make our stay happy. I bought an easy-to-open coconut from supermarket but the opener broke. I asked if the kitchen could help. Not to make us disappointed, they send us a free coconut. We were very impressed by their service.

I supposed to get my room at 1pm however when I got there at 3pm. The room was not ready and I walked into a horrible dirty room which I wasted 2 hours walking around.

Hotel is a bit old and cleanliness in the room can be improved, however location is great, pool, water slides and the beach were great for kids.
