離清湖地鐵滿近，房間內部也不錯，早餐很豐富還有現煮的麵，超乎預期。但是酒店外觀和公共區域感覺有點老舊。辦理入住的服務人員有點愛理不理，很多事情都沒說；外賣人員都隨便可以進到酒店住宿樓層，安全有點疑慮，退房人員的態度也滿冷淡。樓下就是瑞幸很不錯，生椰拿鐵好喝。

酒店就在清湖地鐵站B2出口，步行10分鐘以內，
房間都算乾淨清潔，但水壓小，洗澡不太舒服，
另外，不知為何叉不到電，用自己的叉電線及插頭也叉不到手機，這點很不方便。

房間挺大，衞生可以！服務前台很熱心！前台和瑞幸咖啡在一起！房間環境外部靠馬路有點吵鬧，晚上很晚小販才收攤！記得不要靠馬路的房間！早餐很差勁，七點開始，七點五十下去吃已經很多菜沒有了！

酒店距離清華站不太遠，A出口步行到達酒店大約10分鐘，會途經有軌列車站。地下大堂有瑞幸咖啡，好味！我們住家庭房，房間十分之大，清潔衛生，每天有提供2支水，第二天還有水果送贈，在trip 訂房會送自助早餐。如睡在馬路邊有窗方向，晚上或早上會有聽到汽車響安聲

房間床單自己看相片
冷氣不夠，開了16度還是不怎麼冷
早餐9:30 去到，已經沒有牛奶，沒有酸奶，不會添加
咖啡機 沖美式和特濃是沒問題，牛奶咖啡就不可以，因為管道已經塞，應該沒有檢查，可看相片
餐廳比較熱
前台反應快的，不過硬件拖了後腿

酒店位置合適，清湖站出步行可到達，附近有食街及商場，環境方便令性價比高，服務員有禮
唯一不足之處，是酒店早餐地點有點細，令住客坐著感到焗促，並且保障食物衛生環境有待改善，因為見到有客人用手直接取出包點即在櫃邊食，員工未能及時明顯指示器皿位置，令人擔憂食物衛生
