設施：感覺很多都都有裂紋了。
花灑看着也臟臟的，我還是用牙簽刷乾淨了再洗
服務：東西漏在酒店，也不給客人詢問是否需要保留，客人回去拿還是怎樣
打電話過去，才説要問一下打掃的阿姨，這點個人覺得有待提升
環境：其實地理環境還是有很有優勢的。

1.洗澡間廁所騷味難聞，房間很小床那裡都騷的很。
2.電話是擺設，號碼也打不通。有問題下樓説。但是電梯要刷房卡才行。所以來回有小孩很麻煩。
3.窗簾不遮光。
4.空調正對床頭吹。
5.被子不乾淨。
