一共住兩天，第一天有蟑螂換了房間，蟑螂不可避免的，也沒什麼好説的，但是換的房間洗面池下面有其他客人用過沒有清理走的客巾就説不去了。本來打算多住幾天，看這情形算了吧，果斷退房換酒店。。。這東西太膈應人了。。。

服務非常好，小姐姐很熱情，入住的房間業很寬敞，設施都很新，幫我選的房間也不錯，出差來深圳參加展會很方便。我還把手錶拉在酒店裡了，及時發現給我郵寄回來了。點贊，感謝小姐姐

這兩天我跟我同事跑深圳出差，三個人定了三間房，小姐姐跟我同樓層。
下飛機已經11點，辦理入住後我們就都回房洗頭洗澡睡覺了，突然零點小姐姐哭着跟我打電話，説她的房門被刷開了兩次，幸好她訂的套房，外加上鎖了。所以刷開了但是沒徹底推開，她剛洗完澡褲子都沒穿，嚇得要死。我讓她趕緊聯繫前台。小姐姐説聯繫了，前台把她電話掛了。
我火急跑出去找她。另外一個女同事也過來了，我們三個人就一起跑下去找前台。才知道
1.11點給我們辦理入住的工作人員開錯了房間。她住的房間626中午已經給一對夫妻辦理好了入住（沒放行李）。
2.我同事11點上去發現房卡刷不開，聯繫前台，結果前台都沒查一下，或者核實下我同事身份，直接幫她刷開626房門。
3.0點第一次刷開房門的是那對夫妻，刷開聽到聲音，他們就下樓找前台反饋，房間有人。
4.前台工作人員既沒打電話到626核實，也沒説進門前按門鈴，直接帶着那對夫妻上樓刷開門強行破門而入。
5.我同事非常驚慌的在房間詢問多遍是誰，前台都沒回應，直接跑了……
6.後續我同事準備找酒店求助有人闖門，結果前台直接把她電話掛了？？？？？！！！！
直到我們都到了，我同事才鼓起勇氣跟我們下樓去找酒店查是誰。結果前台正和那對夫妻在吵架，我同學看大晚上大家都很累，看過監控，確定不是外面人後，主動提出她收拾東西去526，626讓工作人員收拾下，讓那對夫妻入住。
第二天我們主動聯繫大堂經理，讓他找一下開錯房間以及昨晚上的工作人員給她道歉。
結果，經理拿了一盒水果，以及昨晚上的工作人員，一直強調是我同事住錯房間。他們工作人員沒有問題，後續不會對工作人員有罰款或者任何懲罰。
在多輪溝通無果後，我同事直接報警。
經此一事，友情勸解所有單身女性，不要入住華住會旗下任何酒店。之前濾鏡粉碎機測評過酒店安全問題，裏面就包含全季。
1.不核實住户訊息，直接給他人刷開房門。
2.晚上夜班人員態度敷衍，求救直接無視，經常打電話聯繫不上人。
3.酒店管理混亂，對人員管理非常不嚴謹，大堂經理甚至聯繫不上自己員工。
4.工作人員素質低下，在我們反饋有人闖門，工作人員在那兒嘲笑。

房間很大而且電視和網絡都非常好，主要是可以免費投屏這個十分不錯，環境也很好，離地鐵口八百多米，不算遠

衞生：很乾凈，每天都有阿姨打掃衞生，拖地，很認真
環境：漢庭酒店沒話説，關鍵是價格還便宜
服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐態度都很好，搞衞生的阿姨也很好
自助雙人早餐:早餐雖然種類較少，但是口味是真的還不錯，必須好評
設施：各方面都還可以，特別是衞生間，淋浴壓力大，洗漱台乾淨美觀，熱水24小時都有，就是空調製冷效果可能老化了，不過下次有需要肯定還會再來

酒店及房間內的設施配備都足夠，地理位置非常方便，離最近的地鐵站只有數分鐘步行距離，樓下附近亦有不少食店給予選擇。
可是，前台服務員的態度及房間內床褥的衛生程度有需要改善的地方。
