O hotel é limpo e arrumado. A localização é otima. Existem muitos lugares para comer no andar de baixo. O preço é barato e acessível. O atendimento é super bom.

酒店開了很久了，記得幾年前住過一次，以前還是7天的時候，現在升級為IU酒店，裝修風格挺好的，管理比較好，前台和客房大姐都是老員工了，服務很好很熱情，會安排比較好的房間給我，真的很不錯，做衞生很乾凈很細緻，整體環境非常整潔，酒店門口旁邊喝個星巴克，約朋友談事在這裏也太愜意了，方便方便，下次還來。

位置也挺方便的，房價性價比高，來到前台辦理入住時剛好前台有辦理入住的其他客人，服務員會主動問好並叫我們騷等下，衞生也乾淨，辦理入住時前台小哥還免費贈送了2瓶礦泉水，還給我們延遲到下午2點退房，服務好又貼心。

設施設備齊全也很新，位置很方便，去深圳大學很近，服務很好，熱情到位，房間也很乾凈，房間裏面燈光感很新穎，裝修也很年輕派，WiFi和電視機的很好，離店發票也很及時開，現在都是電子發票，很方便。

小U超級大房間比較大點，還有外窗，能看到外面陽光，房間設施設備比較新，燈光氛圍看起來很好，衞生也乾淨，來科技園出差預算衹有兩百多，住這家酒店也值，還有簡單的早餐，服務也很熱情。
