We had a wonderful stay at the Relaxed Hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfortable and I really liked having a couch. The service was amazing. Ling (the hotel manager) helped us order breakfast, set up the WiFi and even brought our luggage up to our room. The location was great. Right next to Buji metro station (exit A or B) so we could walk to and from the metro easily. Connected to both lines 3 & 5. We will definitely stay here again.

房間就在深圳東站旁邊，很近！地鐵也在東站裏！去哪裡坐地鐵特別方便！酒店對面是一個夜市，吃飯買東西也方便，酒店前台的美女人非常好，熱情，細心，還很温柔！酒店對我這個價錢真的超值，乾淨舒服！已經續住了，下次來深圳還住這！

真的如同評價看到的所說“兩秒出熱水”，離深圳東站不算太遠的但是總體交通來說肯定沒有市中心的方便。
麻雀雖小五臟俱全。
房間很乾淨，寬敞，基本設施都有，非常滿意。
淋浴間空間很大，床也非常舒服，冷氣可以調制熱，很棒。

出來玩第一次有如此差的體驗，過年期間帶孩子們出來玩因為很晚才能到，所以先跟平台聯繫好我的要求比如孩子拖鞋什麼的都幫我備好，也問了停車訊息，酒店告訴我的是很容易找到，結果酒店旁邊的不是他們的停車場，讓我去掉頭去對面，去對面了我説找不到又讓我去斜對面有沒有維也納，我説有，叫我停維也納旁邊停車場，結果人家給了我錯誤的訊息，他們實際停車場就是大概60米距離的位置，我就不明白人都出來指揮怎麼就不説60米位置，非讓我調頭兩次給我錯誤訊息導致耽誤半個點才入住最後還產生了停車費，進酒店後我問了前天也不吱聲就是什麼話都不説，還給臉色看，要不是太晚還帶了孩子們絕對不會入住這麼個態度的酒店，到現在也沒有一個解釋一個道歉也沒有，這是什麼服務？再房間的感應燈一晚上亮着用別的東西擋着還是透光，説明不清楚可以道歉可以解釋，不説話是什麼概念？再回復平台是他們也不道歉也不退一點費用，就是什麼態度也不表示，入住最差的酒店沒有之一！

除了地理位置不是最佳，別的都很好：房間乾淨，整潔。基本的出行用品都有：吹風機，拖鞋，牙具等，浴室裏洗護用品也有。房間温度適宜且安靜，雖然毗鄰深圳東站，但過路車很少，基本聽不到很大的聲響。房間的窗子可以開，適合有吸煙需要的旅客。服務也很到位，電話通知前台後，技術人員很快就到房間解決問題。床頭有usb充電口。枕頭也很舒服。作為經濟酒店還是值得力推的。
