Very good location and c/m very clean hotel with super helpful desk. I recommend the hot:Mel; I was going to book another night there but I needed to be in another place. Good choice.

住了很多次，很好的體驗，服務設施：裝修個性簡約，非常喜歡。
衞生：乾淨整潔無異味，就是洗手間沖涼房沒有跟馬桶隔開，乾濕分享不夠好。
環境：由於是去看演唱會定的酒店，地鐵站就在酒店對面，周邊吃飯也方便。整體環境還好。
服務：前台服務不錯，外賣可以送上房間。

超級好評，一來前台就給我升級了房間，前台也説了週末不可以升級，房間空間大，乾淨衞生我很滿意，就是充電線的處插座會有點松，要按緊了才能充上電。還可以延遲一點點退房。客房阿姨也很熱情，碰到超開心的打招呼。

深圳之行，選擇了萊卡酒店，簡約自然的風格，房間色彩搭配得舒服，燈光柔和。讓人感受到寧靜與舒適，酒店員工的服務很熱情好客，讓人舒服，抵達深圳已是晚上，旅途的疲憊讓我有些不爽，前台很熱心很耐心。有機會下次來深圳，還會選擇這裏。

環境乾淨清爽，地理位置優越，去萬象滙、水貝、大運、老街華強北等等都很方便，馬路對面就是地換站，出行是很便利的。房間內部衞生乾淨。有什麼需要致電前台也都很快處理盡力滿足。服務態度很不錯啦。。。。
