Nice and convenient place to stay as it’s close to the station and sea world. But was a bit disappointed that the big gym could only be used by residents there and not by short stay guests, as this wasn’t stated on the page when booking.

HOUSE KEEPING LINGERS AROUND THE DOOR WAITING FOR YOU TO CHECK OUT. Even after you tell them to come back later they refused to learn. It was very annoying and irritating. I think the management needs to better train their cleaning staff.
Room was nice and clean. They provided dishes and cups when requested. The bathtub was working well. This is a good quality place. But their staff needs better training.

What was confusing is that the hotel isn't 'The Clouds' but actually 'Grande Hotel' instead, which felt really misleading. The hotel however is in a good location, and despite the lobby and public areas looking modern and clean, the rooms are a little worn out. The bathroom wasn't clean and needed attention, and the rooms are very dark and do not look like the photos of many I saw online. The walls are also extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors having a conversation and their TV next door during the night. The toiletries they give you are really small, and it just felt incredibly disappointing considering the price and location. I also found when I got home this morning I'd been bitten all over!
