中秋過來深圳玩，去東門玩，這個酒店離東門不遠，走路過去都可以。酒店樓下有個社區公園，晚上可以走走很舒服。離深圳新秀古玩城不遠，對面黃貝嶺吃的東西也比較多，酒店行李車還幫我把行李提到了房間。服務很好，很熱情。樓層服務員，還多送我2支礦泉水。

雖然是老酒店，但不失服務水準，地理位置也方便，這次我們是準備從蓮塘口岸過關才選擇這家酒店，剛訂的時候擔心衹有3鑽的酒店會不會很老很差，但進到大堂後發現比我住過的4鑽級的酒店都要大，而且走大概100m就到黃貝嶺地鐵站，直達到蓮塘口岸才2個站，非常方便。還有就是前台有一位高高的，白白凈凈的一位東北腔的小哥哥特別有禮貌，給我們登記的時候説如果對房間不滿意可以幫忙調換。美中不足的缺少點科技感，建議酒店可以跟其他酒店配個機器人，下次還會考慮再來這家酒店。

房間空間大，和朋友過來入住的，房間還配有2包免費的咖啡2支水，茶葉。洗手間是乾濕分離的，剛預訂沒有多久，酒店前台就打電話給我，問我對房間有沒有要求，這細節很好。酒店有自己的停車場，開車過來的挺方便。總的來説還算是不錯的酒店。

這家酒店真是令人印象深刻，踏入酒店大堂空氣非常的舒服，大堂空調很涼，前台服務員非常熱情。還給我介紹了哪裡可以吃飯的。酒店位置確實比較方便，有兩個地鐵口，去哪裡都方便，門口打車也是挺方便的房間燈光很明亮，寬敞我住住的房間比較高。還可以看到夜景那天走過去東門步行街，回來的時候看到酒店的夜景還是挺漂亮的。拍了個照留念一下。

每次都選擇維也納湖貝店，非常值得信賴，前台哥哥很友好，每次都提前幫忙安排好安靜的房間，睡得很好，有需要幫忙的能及時迴應解決，交通便捷，附近美食巨多可以享受，辦理入住迅速且親切，房間乾淨整潔，環境不錯，推薦大家選擇

來這裏住距離香港口岸比較方便，就住一晚第二天上香港。房間還可以，主要房間大，酒店開的久，但服務還是OK的，房間給我升了個級。下次有過香港在過來入住。

過來深圳酒店出差入住的酒店，酒店大堂很大氣，距離地鐵口近比較方便。酒店也有免費停車場。房間很大，走廊挺舒服的。下次過來出差還會選擇入住。👍👍👍
