A great Easter weekend. with a spacious.and clean apartment. Good service that allow late checkout. The apartment is clean and quiet. A nice view from.the master bedroom. I shall definitely come.back.again

The Hotel is just perfect, the metro is about 5 mins walk, good sound proof, very helpful stuff, the room is very clean and the view is nice.

A very nice experience in this hotel. I really like it. The room is big and clean ! Super clean !!!! I would also want to appreciate the service crew in the front desk especially the lady ( I dunno her name ) but she is very kind and helpful. She make us an itinerary that can be done in Luo Hu area. Thanks to her !!!

This hotel or service apartment is great. New and clean. Spacious Stadf members are kind and helpful. Speaks English :-) the robot will take all my meal deliveries up the room :-) I like that it’s near the metro station, location wise is relative depending where you need to be in Shenzhen. For me It is perfect. . The tiny bathtub/cube is cute, I am small size , so I make use of it like a Japanese mini onsen. The laundry machine is also a dryer. Windows can be opened for fresh air if you don’t want ac all the time. I’ve extended my stay twice.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's perfectly clean. The customer service was very helpful. The location is quiet, but there's a small, well-stocked convenience store. The gym and coffee shop are highly recommended. I'll definitely stay again another time.

Nearby have convenience store. Come with washer with dryer. Big fridge + microwave.

The hotel (or rather, serviced apartment) was located in a rather inconvenient part of town. Plenty of traffic jams to go around getting there. While the room was mostly clean, it had a terrible smell of formaldehyde emanating from the furniture which was frightful. It seemed to me that the material of the kitchen cabinets was defective and carried the horrible odor which ruined the entire stay and has me worrying for my health. In fact, apart from the lobby, a lot of the building smells off - including the rest area on the 5th floor, which still smells heavily of chemicals used in renovations. Room amenities were more than sufficient - a washing machine and a fridge puts this above many hotels amenity-wise. Service was also friendly.
