We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.

來深圳入住香格里拉，進門百鳥歸巢的風格就深深吸引了我，入住前台Alice也是幫忙介紹入住了套房，加上她熱心體貼的服務，讓我倍感親切，入住期間幫我解決補不少問題，正好遇上特殊生理期，幫我準備了特殊備品，禮賓部Jack還幫忙安排了車輛和行李
，他們的服務全程五星級服務，安排非常到位，下次還會選擇南山香格里拉，推薦！！

入住前和酒店預訂部做了溝通，預訂部的同事非常有耐心地解答我的問題。我詢問過但預訂部同事沒有留具體的名字，衹是説“都是應該做的”。入住前就已經給我不錯的印象！本次入住豪華閣房間，前台一位小姐姐引領我到66樓豪華閣貴賓廊辦理入住，一路上介紹了酒店的情況。在貴賓廊得到了Allen熱情的接待，舒適地辦理了入住。晚上歡樂時光也得到了Dickson細緻周到的服務。Lynn應該是貴賓廊經理，表現相當專業且很有團隊精神。貴賓廊團隊整體表現相當出色。還有泳池前台的小姐姐，相當熱情和貼心，很少在康體中心遇到這麼周到的服務。
雖然酒店衹是開業了半年不到，但感覺人員培訓到位，磨合得相當不錯了，沒有掉鏈子的地方。以我入住時酒店的狀態，絕對能和深圳另外四家高奢酒店並列。希望酒店繼續保持良好狀態，精益求精！

❤️服務體驗：專人對接，引領入住，這裏要特別感謝Alice小姐姐。知道我們因天氣原因航班取消，臨時決定過來酒店過節，幫我們升級了房型，佈置了房間，還送了蛋糕和紅酒。服務品質很高，完全超出預期。
BTW，下午茶也很好吃
