The hostel is good place and the customer service was really great, the receptionist was kind and helping in many ways. The only thing I don’t like was the cleanliness of the room and bad smell. I can’t say every room is like this but the one I got in is not good.

沒有迎賓飲品及毛巾。第一間房嘅冷氣壞壞地，電視能開着但開不到普通電視台，電影全要收費，地面有大片未清潔的食物殘渣。
由於電視及冷氣也有問題，唯一一位前台職員跟我們更換房間，但要等清潔姨姨打掃完才有房更換，等了超過1.5小時也未能換房。

很開心，upgrade 了複式雙床雙人特大床，還贈送小禮物，小朋友很開心，入到房間地方很寬敞，房間很舒適，被舖很乾淨，廁所也乾淨潔淨，冷氣很足夠，附近很多餐廳，去商場也很近，地點方便，距離地鐵站不遠，有機會會再來。

老酒店了，進房間就感覺黴味有點重，衞生也不怎麼樣，枕頭下好幾根頭髮真離譜。洗衣房衹有一個洗衣機且沒有烘乾功能，wifi也巨巨巨卡！！早知道住對面全季了，除了前台服務態度還行，哪哪都是我住過最差的麗楓！沒有之一

一直很推薦住麗楓，房間沒有異味，床品也很舒服，相對來説是住過較好的一間酒店，而且很乾凈，設施設備很齊全，洗衣服也可以烘乾，外賣Y能到門口，天氣冷不想出門真的太方便了，價格也很平價，性價比很高，服務很好。推薦
