The apartment was so spacious we could play hide-and-seek with the kids. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean in general. Staff were helpful. Would recommend it to families.

Distance from the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. A lot of eating places around. If you prefer to cook yourself, groceries and supermarkets are around. A large market place is just a few stops away by the metro. About cooking, the apartment I was staying was equipped with a functional kitchen with sufficient kitchen utensils so that you can really do some simple cooking.
General cleaniness is good. I noticed that they even mop the floors. You need a key card to reach your floor and open your door. Would seriously consider to stay in this apartment should I revisit this city again.

We stayed here for a big Thanksgiving party. The space was even perfect for 20 people cooking and having a good time. The price is amazing for the type of apartment. Well worth the stay.
Outside the area there are many restaurants and food, but it also comes with a full kitchen so we cooked and brought our own food. The staff is very friendly to foreigners and make it a point to communicate with foreign guest. I will definitely stay here again.

酒店位置：位於紅山站A出口，直行經過深圳美術館，見到潤達圓庭右入到最盡頭，應就見到「君恒.瑜酒店式服務公寓」大招牌，全程約10分鐘路程
接待：正門有接待處，成人須用回鄕證及用電子支付按金人民幣$1000，退房當日約半小時退回按金，接待處附近有小食售賣機
位置方便：
1）搭高鐵的話，4號線深圳北站下一個站是紅山，或經福田口岸搭4號線可達
2）酒店對面是天虹商場，有很多食肆，如八合里火鍋、喜茶、奈雪的茶等，去地鐵站另一邊D出口是另一個商場紅山6979店，有近期網紅介紹的俄羅斯雜貨
3）搭兩個站去龍華站一方天地的山姆，非常方便
酒店設備：
1）我們訂的是兩臥室雙人床行政房，面積130平方米，又大又新淨
2）兩個房各有一張双人床，有衣帽間的書房；
廁所一個是乾濕分離，無浴缸；廚房有焗爐、雪櫃、熱水壺，煮食爐，有洗衣機及乾迫機，但無煮飯煮具碗筷；廳及大房有一個共通的露台，望到美術館；大房有電視，小房則沒有。
房間整體上非常滿意，值得推介
