Fengyu International Apartment (Shenzhen Luohu Shuibei Jewelry City)

The journey continues…During my latest visit, I opted for another stay at the Fengyu Apartment but this time a different room. I tried the loft apartment this time around. It’s spread across two floors. Think of it as a well decorated temporary living space. It feels like home away from home. The living room on first flow has a balcony view of the lower surrounding buildings. This floor is also equipped with a compactly combined bathroom and toilet, along with a handy washing machine. There are some stairs extended up from the living room leading to the second floor which has the bedroom arrangement , featuring a wardrobe and desk. The air conditioner happens to be high up the wall. This ensures that the cool or warm air first reaches the upper (second) floor before circulating down to the lower first floor. Again I would recommend this room to anyone looking for that home away from home experience while on a solo travel or business trip.

The hotel was located in a building without clear signs, the room was clean and projector was nice. Slightly over priced for overall value.

Good hotel

有洗衣機冰箱，但對我來說非常一般。不像酒店那麼方便，沒有其他的配套設施，洗手間沒有干濕分離。說是升級了，沒感覺有什麼分別。

差的地方太多了，一一敍述如下： 1.衞生差：剛入住沙發上有團成團的毛巾，馬桶旁邊有用過的紙巾，沙發底下有空瓶，和客服反映沒有獲得一句道歉 2.隔音差：門根本不隔音，走廊上人説話聽得一清二楚，樓上活動也聽得明明白白。804對門一家養貓，凌晨會開門放貓出來溜達玩耍，貓的嚎叫聲和人説話的聲音聽得非常清楚 3.安全隱患：商户和住户混在一起，8樓就有三個不同的商店，人非常混雜，每個人都可以上不同的樓層（不是刷卡才能到的那種），女生獨自住非常非常不推薦 4.交通不便：離地鐵站有一公里 綜上，這是我住過最差的酒店，根本不值這個價，非常不推薦入住

酒店的設施齊全，能滿足各種需求，冰箱洗衣機都有，房間特別大，複式樓層，睡兩三個人都完全沒問題。

房間通透明亮，窗户很大，採光性特別好，樓上樓下兩層複式，住着特別寬敞，隔音效果槓槓好。

延遲退房服務很貼心，房間乾淨舒適，前台還給我們升級成了複試大床房，很滿意，值得推薦！

老闆人挺不錯的，還免費的給升級了房間，配套設施也完善，各種家電都有，很便利。
