投射影機連線不到手機，上網不到，健身房就是擺放舊款的機器，周邊也沒有太多可以逛、吃的地方，不值四星級，不會再嚟入住。

服務員有禮，但酒店冷氣真的不肯，可能房型的問題，房間比較大，但冷氣只吹到一邊，床那邊完全不肯，太熱了，晚上一小時醒來一次，本來諗著住一晚算了，但早上退房時服務員問我滿不滿意，我就口快快說了不滿意，但即時有點後悔了，因為要用我很爛的普通話解說有何不滿🤣，但服務員也細心地解說可以我開16度，就是太低了帶動不了中央冷氣，她說下次可以調到20度，可能會更好，然後送了他們咖啡廳裡的2柸咖啡給我們作補償，雖然是彌補不了我們黑眼圈的補償🤣但確實有禮有誠意。 但可能是我們臨時臨急訂當天的酒店，所以比較貴，因為這酒店的地理與質數，這價格確實是高了點。

考慮入住這間酒店的人士要注意以下幾點 1. 房間花灑水壓嚴重不足，連基本清潔都難以完成 2. 前台會在翌日早上錯誤地撥打其他房間的來電， 本人在入住的翌日早上分別09:10 a.m. 11:00 am 收到前台的來電，但前台要找的人是其他房間的 導致被來電嘈醒 3. 準時七時前往餐廳，卻被告知早餐菜式並未上齊， 早餐的職員非常不足，廚房的廚師還要出來收碟 4. 升降機非常細小，基本上8人已滿，酒店大廈中間夾雜水療中心及餐廳

Abhorrid location on the middle of absolutely nowhere, not even near a single train station. Underwhelming interior.

Eeril Hotel offers a unique blend of comfort and ambiance. The presence of a big projector screen adds to its allure, perfect for movie nights. The staff's attentiveness enhances the overall experience, ensuring us feeling welcomed and well taken care of.

We had a very pleasant stay and the staff here was so friendly and nice. We will definitely come again. All the amenities are perfect and we could not expect more!!

Clean rooms. Near to subway. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. There is even a massage place at the basement of the hotel. Good stay! There is always room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.
