Noah and Jessie are both excellent, helpful, patient, and informative. Breakfast is good. Variety of choices. Very thoughtful to have a lots of HK plugs. But it will be good if also has one in the toilet, so that I can plug my hair hot clip.

Almost every time I go on a business trip, if I can choose Atour, I must choose Atour. Nanshan Atour S is basically where I stay every time I go to Shenzhen, and it’s very good every time! If I check in early in the morning, they will try their best to delay my check-out, and call me to tell me not to worry, so I can have a good rest and tidy up slowly. Like, like, like!

We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the subway and next to Zhongshan Park in Nantou Ancient Town. The hotel room is also very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. Xiao Tang at the front desk has great service

Our stay at Sentosa hotel was enjoyable, despite the distance from the city center. The nighttime city lights view from our room was captivating. Though some staff had limited English proficiency, their genuine efforts to communicate and their friendliness were noteworthy. The well-maintained and clean room added to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The cleaner will tidy up everyday. Everyday they will supply 4 bottles of water, tissues and all amenities. The room got a big TV for entertainment purposes. Here also got 24 hours free laundry services. I have extended my staying period as the service here was excellent. I am going back to the ancient city of Nantou. I booked a play in the south of the city. The theme room is Fengyang Pavilion. The antique decoration is strong in ancient flavor. The most important thing is that the location is really good, just in the ancient city! Only 2 things are not ok: The air conditioner is not enough. I am afraid of cold physique. I am adjusted to 25 degrees or open the fan at home, but it still feels very hot when I open it to 19 degrees. I have turned the wind on to the maximum, but it still doesn't work! The overall style of Shenzhen Youxiong is relatively simple, not the usual ancient house style. As part of the renovation of the old city, the original layout is retained, much like a dormitory. The interior color combination is simple but not simple, and the service level is also good. Our housekeeper Rita is a very cute girl with a cheerful personality. the hotel has good service, good hygiene, and big restaurant (for breakfast). the room hygiene is good although the layout is not the best. you can rest very comfortably inside the room. the location is at city shenzhen so it is fairly easy to grab a bike or taxi in this area to nearby malls. i would recommend the hotel.

The overall feeling is okay. After all, when I choose a hotel, I consider ①hygiene, whether there are bugs, ②whether the location is too noisy, we are used to being quiet. Staying at Home Inn for one night, these two aspects are okay, so praise. The room was small and there was noise of toilet flushing next door in the middle of the night, but I think that's the case with most hotels and I don't care that much.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!
