Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

With the Mtr to Daimuisha in services, it takes only 50 mins from LoWu border to reach the hotel. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from exit B. It is very near to the beach. The hotel reception staff are very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time. They upgraded us to a 2-room suite. The balcony of the room has a very nice view. The shower is strong and warm. They even provide bath salt. There is a shuttle, talking you to the private beach of a nearby hotel of their chain. Very nice view of sunset. I took pictures of sunrise at the balcony too. I booked between Dec24-27,it was x’mas holiday ,staff Mr. Darker Ou was really helpful, even when we check out while he is day off, Mr. Ou come back hotel to help us how to book car. Hotel building elevator is working for office & hotel customer, take a long time for it. Breakfast food is less choice Location close by subway Prices is fair Overall we are happy and will come back

The hotel was little diffucult to find since it is within a Shopping mall . However after finding we were really happy since it looked really professional. Quite Clean all neccessary equipment inside available. And surely very comfartanle . My and family have decided to take the hotel as one ıf our favorites. Surely the stay is Rather for Short stays . İt is also quite near to metro Station as well also taxi easily available ,

Love the location and convenience of having a bath and shower combo in the room. The beds are super comfortable and the check in process is hassle free. I love the fact rooms have a coffee machine included and a mini bar fridge. Love staying here. Will be back again soon.

Wonderful location, metres away from the promenade. Lovely scenery around the hotel, palm tree lined boulevard with great photo opportunities. Extensive breakfast buffet, with small plates, thus reducing food waste. Very well equipped gym and lovely pool area. Had afternoon tea which was reasonably priced. Initially found the changing of elevators annoying, elevator 1 is ground floor to reception which is located on the 31st floor, then another set of elevators for the rooms, but this is minor. Nice customer service, overall enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Will Come BK AGAIN: During my recent trip to a bustling metropolis, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hamps Hotel, renowned for its excellent amenities and impeccable service. First Impressions: From the moment I stepped into the Hamps Hotel, I was captivated by its grandeur and elegance. The lobby exuded sophistication, adorned with exquisite chandeliers and luxurious furnishings. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel instantly welcomed. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a superior guest experience were evident from the very beginning. Room and Amenities: Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and tasteful decor. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a coffee machine, and a large flat-screen television. The en-suite bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a rain shower that provided a refreshing experience.

The location of the hotel is good, just opposite to Dameisha Holiday Park, and you can go to the beach in ten minutes' walk. Special praise to Xiaoyan at the front desk by name. She continued to stay in the ordinary double bed room booked for the second night, and was upgraded to a sea view room for free. The service in all aspects is very good. There is also a buffet breakfast for two and a laundry room. have a good time!

It's a nice hotel with a good location and fair prices. Everything for entertainment is in walking distance and the service is good and friendly. Especially the male employee who checked me in was really friendly and efficient.

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel! From check-in to check-out greeted with impeccable service. Reception staff are completely bilingual with high quality English level. Was further impressed by the help offered to me when I checked out from a lady at reception in regards to speaking to my taxi driver and arranging with security to help me. She was lovely! So too was the Ayi who welcomed me on check in with a fruit plate and brought up requested cutlery. I’m sorry I did not get their names. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Shuiwan subway line 2 as well as a short 10 minute walk to Sea World which was visible from my room. Sea World is very convenient for food and late night entertainment. Most impressively in the premier suite was not only the size of the suite but the washing machine with dryer which was convenient and silent so possible to do late night laundry. Full cooking utensils are available on request. Management is available on WeChat and answers all questions very quickly and considerately. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. Ayi’s cleaned well and generally was very satisfied with experience. In fact, I’d definitely book this hotel again as it’s certainly a 5 star experience. Thank you for the lovely stay.
