首先入住時在前台把我在網上保證留到晚上12點的小童房間給了別人，説小童主題房沒了，讓我去標間，他的錯誤讓我來買單，也沒有説退差價！我説不行！我交了全款就是為了保留房間！她説好的，然後給簽入我房間的人打電話，“先生不好意思您得房間給錯了，我們給您升級為庭院套房”然後掛斷電話跟我説這是我們的老客户。所以老客户升級，新客户降級是嗎！我説人家都住進去了我們再進房間都臟了，説沒事一分鐘前入住的啥都沒用。我們進去以後淋雨間是濕的被褥是皺的，真的是啥都沒用啊！更可氣的是，進屋開空調暖風開了兩小時屋子越開越冷從18度開到了16度。再打電話問得到的答覆是空調壞了.房間滿了，沒法調換，就這樣了。我想問500元的酒店16度我帶着孩子你們想過我們會不會感冒嗎？入住時候看見了孩子為什麼不説空調壞了,我們全家裹着外套蓋着大被睡得第二天全凍感冒了！
🔔服務：太差！從來沒遇到過這麼個酒店！

I went to breakfast on two different days. On the first day they had straweberries and lot of other fruits and great food options. The second day was similar but not as good as the previous day. On the first day, someone came into the room and woke me up. They need "do not disturb" signs. I did not want anyone to bother me, but some people kept coming by to clean or bring fruit or whatever. I just wanted to sleep. It was hard to find, because the name was "LIZ" out front but on the other side it said Lestie. Also, they did not register the name "Lestie" on navigation, so it was not easy to get a taxi to take me here. There is no mehood or lestie on the taxi app.

Great team : very welcoming, always a nice word. Great room : large space, very quiet, love the shower. Breakfast always good and not always the same. This is my little home when I come to Shenyang ;) See you next time !

The room was fairly cleaned but the shower was a bit moldy and the smell was unattractive. The hotel is a bit away from downtown, no one speaks English at the check in counter, but translation comes a long way 😊. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ideal for a one day trip though!
