驚喜，非常開心選擇了這家公寓民宿，房間很乾凈，比酒店更有家的感覺，有洗衣機，可惜衹住一晚都沒機會用上。位置非常贊，離地鐵站、公交車站都很近，可以滿足我所有市裡的公共交通出行要求，非常便利。旁邊有商城、圖書館還有個廣場，從窗子望出去視野開闊景色很棒！服務周到，若是以後再來瀋陽會再預訂！

大半夜辦理入住的，店家也超級耐心。房間好得超出想象，廁所好乾凈而且設備齊全，床單被褥也潔白嶄新，燈光很亮堂。房間挺大還有個飄窗，瞅着心情就好。辦公還有個學習桌，貼心配備了護眼枱燈。説是酒店式公寓其實已經完全是酒店的標準了！而且比起酒店還有洗衣機和烹飪鍋，簡直完美（個人覺得比佳兆業那邊的公寓要好太多了，在另一邊踩雷，半夜“逃難”過來的）

這個酒店，乾淨衞生，配備齊全。尤其那衞生間洗澡間，特別乾淨，寬敞。晚上睡覺很安靜。老闆人很好，隨和有素質！打電話諮詢位置後，還在樓下接我。下次來瀋陽，一定還住這裏！性價比高，房間熱水，水壓，也特別好。發一個晚上的街景，房間沒拍全。整體很有檔次。

完全是出於對賓館經營者的尊重，在此評價。
價位很便宜，設施非常全，衞生情況至少三星賓館。位置特別適合去辦理簽證的人，手機等不讓帶的放賓館，帶着資料走路3分鐘就到使館了。
旁邊的圖書館可以坐在裡邊看書，不需要辦借閲證。
希望生意興隆，抱歉沒有拍賓館照片。

不是酒店住不是，是公寓更有性價比！帶孩子出門的自己每次定酒店都把安全乾凈舒適放在首位。這次選擇了咱們家的公寓，真的全部符合要求，安全乾凈舒適！老闆面面周到！感覺非常温馨！孩子也非常喜歡，一直跟我説比全季住着都舒服，還比全季房間大！出門500米就是地鐵，非常方便，去所有景點都有地鐵和公交車，特別便捷！很滿意！下次來瀋陽還選艾逸未來智慧公寓！

店家服務意識很強，我們原先定了兩間房，因有四個小孩，希望能取消一間房，另一間房加個床，店家積極配合，還三番五次幫我們從原房間拿東西，非常有耐心。後面也是深夜配合拿衣架拿涼衣架，協助保管及轉交物品，有求必應，衞生環境也非常好，物美價廉，非常值得推薦。
