房間位置沒得説，樓下北面就是太原街萬達步行街，吃的用的都很方便，對面是24小時便利店，房間有點冷，主要是那兩天正好降温，空調不好使，沒有風，主要是過濾網堵死了，洗完後好了很多，希望店家能定期請問這種衞生問題，洗衣機我先用筒自潔一下，結果發現裏面有一個大蟲子😭😭😭

第二次入住了，衞生和隔音還是一如既往的好，就喜歡住這種酒店，前台服務也很好，當天很晚到店依然有人值班熱情招待

出差過來臨時中轉了下，不得不説瀋陽這公寓類的酒店價格確實很親民，房間也很乾凈，重點這個床墊睡着是真得勁兒，晚上樓下還有很多炸串小攤，喝了點小啤酒真的美滋滋，電視沒太會弄，老闆也很細心幫忙搞定，滿意滿意

房間確實大，不會有賓館那種一直覺得邁不開腿的感覺，裏面設施備品也很齊全，還有個小廚房想煮些東西還可以和老闆要小鍋，樓下就是太原街，吃的玩的都不錯，價格也很公道，總體好評!推薦

出差來瀋陽，出瀋陽站就近訂了這家，房間很寬敞，床墊很不錯，睡着非常舒服，對於我來説軟硬適中，真是踩過了太多的坑，給自弄怕了，另外老闆服務態度非常好，這個要表揚下。

整體還是很滿意的，接待人員服務態度很不錯，登記的速度也是乾淨利落，問的問題比較多也沒有表現任何的不耐煩，這裏還是非常感謝給的中肯建議，房間裏面也很乾凈，物超所值。
