We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

Other suggestions: In summer, the island is very sunny and hot during the day. It is basically suitable to go out before three or four in the afternoon. Try to arrange the itinerary in the morning or evening. Bring a few more sets of clothes, because clothes on the island are not easy to dry. You can bring some fruits with you. The resources on the entire island are limited, and there are few people selling fruits.

打工人平時沒時間，假期又不想人擠人，宅家又覺得浪費了來之不易的“二人世界”臨時起意，來一趟小島之旅（枸杞島和嵊山島）住宿挑了“木句木已”老公説“老闆肯定是有趣有心的人，你看，木句木已，連在一起不就是枸杞嘛。事實證明，的確如此！房間乾淨視野好，洗漱用品準備得充足貼心，可攜帶牙刷牙膏，也被我帶回來了。早餐是家常的粥，雞蛋，油條豆漿，饅頭包子這些，營養足夠了，中午晚飯也可以點餐，老公喜歡吃海鮮麪，真材實料價格實惠。樓下有免費的四岱沙灘，雖然不大，但個人很喜歡，不僅僅有沙還有海石，感覺會更有趣味性，拍照也更有感覺。對了，老闆娘阿姐説了，如果想趕海，初一十五都是不錯的選擇。老闆娘阿姐為人實在爽氣，旅途中給了不少中肯的建議，健談但有邊界感，社恐的人也不會覺得難受～我和老公都不擅長主動聊天，在為數不多的聊天中都有被照顧到。天氣不好，出門，阿姐還特意給我們拿了雨衣。對了島上雨天風大打傘不方便效果也不好，大家可以備下雨衣。續住，阿姐也給了優惠～返程遇到大霧，阿姐都有幫我們關注航班訊息，讓我們在房間休息不要着急退房，太暖心了。臨走，看到我們買了泡酒的葯材，阿姐還送了我們自己購買的葯材，屬實沒有想到，意外之喜。第一次寫點評，寫着寫着就有點停不下來了，旅途因為天氣原因，個人規劃也有些遺憾，但還是感覺不虛此行，有機會的話寫篇旅記，再好好説説～
