This hotel no longer accepts online reservations made by any other travel agency other than super8.com. so after booking my stay and paying on trip.com's app I was told that my booking didn't count and I would need to pay again if I wanted to stay there for the night so I would like my $100 back please. There were signs up that said no online travel agencies accepted but how would I have known that when I booked it at my house. I'm uploading a couple pictures of the sign in the lobby.

Perfect quick, quiet hotel. Easy to walk for pizza and groceries. The room was "pet friendly" and smelled of pee. The bathroom floor needed to be washed, especially in the corners. The heater ran all night at 73° but never got to temp and our phone didnt work. The night man and morning woman were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was perfect sampling of items. The room appeared clean and well set for new guest

It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I understand I had to get a pet friendly room, but it smelled musty. Other than that, great room for the price.

Really impressed with this hotel. The rooms are modern and well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderfully friendly, even in the middle of the night. The property is quiet and safe and very well-maintained. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I will stay again.

It was not even 7 am and a worker had opened the door on me. It was scary and a total lack of privacy!!
