Do not book this place! Apparently the pool hasn't been working for about 2 years but was told it was under maintenance, really for 2 years! The beds are hard, the rooms are not clean and neither are the towels the have horrible stains on them! Desk service is horrible as well. Was told one price over the phone but another (way over) price at check in! The price should be 40.00 a night honestly! Free breakfast? Where? My friend paid for the room but I would have asked for a refund!

Horrible went to stay with are whole softball team and nothing works. Pool is still out of order, breakfast is empty, beds are hard. $500 for 2 nights of nothing. I would not stay here ever again I would rather drive from Eauclaire to play softball instead.

Horrible customer service! Flights were cancelled due to weather and not only did refuse to cancel the reservation, they also would not email me a receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive an hour or two versus staying at this place!

Only stay here if you want to get yelled at by staff and hung up on. Even the manager Raj treated me horribly when I had a sick child. This place should be shut down it is so horribly run. I have never experienced staff that had so little care for customers and corporate actually won't even respond to my numerous emails and calls, so do NOT waste a dime on these disgusting people who just want your money.

Owner is rude but his wife was very pleasant. I didn't know their pool was broken down and I wouldn't have stayed there had they called to tell me. Also, they should have lowered the price because of it.

Their thing is to book at one rate, and then charge a higher rate once you show. You can NOT cancel, and they will charge your card whether you like it or not. This is a SCAM! I asked to cancel the 2nd night, they said NO. As I was sleeping, another family was trying to get in my room. THEY SOLD MY NIGHT TO ANOTHER FAMILY, WHILE I WAS IN THE ROOM. They are awful people, and the world needs to know.

I stayed here two separate times hoping my experience may improve, which it did not. This hotel would be reasonable if they were charging $70 a night but instead it’s over $120. My most recent stay I was rated on the phone $149 one night and $129 the next, when I checked in I was charged $149 for both nights, but was unable to argue because they didn’t even send me an email confirmation when reserving. My room had the WORST bed, stiffer than any mattress I’ve probably slept on, my room didn’t have a coffee pot in it either. I found someone’s used dirty sock in my room, and the corners and carpet were stained and not thoroughly cleaned obviously. I never write bad reviews unless I am completely disappointed, in this case I was both times. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and recommend the same.
