The service provided by the hotel was superb, everyone had a smile on their face and the facilities were excellent. Wonderful for families and children, beautiful settings and surroundings the pool was fabulous. Offers great value for money a truly memorable stay, Desi Info magazine London

Very simple amenities for a 5 star hotel. Basics like hand-wash and an iron was missing. Electrical sockets were not working. Didn't get acknowledgement or a smile from staff. In the event of a serious health and safety incident, staff reaction was underwhelming.

Excellent staff and service

航班到的很晚，所以臨時過渡一晚，酒店很大，海景房和花園房不在一個區域，預訂時沒有説明，導致接機司機送錯地點，不過酒店有兩個地點之間的接駁車，順利解決啦。酒店設施舊，房間衞生和布草、浴巾都不好。

We stayed in the sport Nice family hotel clean and all friendly staff. Very good service especially samy &.abdo Always willing to help. Great selection of food and drink pool bar very good. Overall very good hotel 5* from us, would definitely stay here again with family

The hotel is ideally situated for a short walk to soho Square, heated swimming pool 30c. Fantastic staff waleed supplied clean towels daily, to our chosen sunbeds before we arrived every morning. Ibrahim at the pool bar was fantastic with our drinks. As with all inclusive the food can get a little boring, however Maged Mounir Fahim changed that. He made us a fantastic chicken curry, on the side. It was much better than the Indian curry we paid for @ Soho Square. Ahmed cleaning our room daily, well done. They all deserved a tip, for making our holiday special. We played water volleyball with our Russian New friends. A great experience, and that made our hot holiday days a pleasure 🙏 Bathrooms need a total refurbishment, the hotel is 23 years old. Like most bathrooms of the other close hotels all Needing improvements.

Dear friends of Corncorde Sport, We have spent 10 days in your beautiful nice hotel and have to leave today. Thank you all for your hospitality, kindness, perfect food and nice personnel The territory is beautiful, the people are very kind, many tasty things to eat and drink! Special thanks to pool barman Ibrahim whos photo we attach. He is the best barman we have ever met: very polite, carm and responsive! It seems that he loves all people around and his most important rule is to make his job properly. It's a lucky chance to meet people like Ibrahim! We wish him success, happiness and business promotion: hope one day he'll become a big boss in Concorde hotel! The other "thank you" is for the restaurant guy called Nader (his photo is also attached). He was always there when we needed him! Good luck to you, Nader! In conclusion we must say that Egypt is the best place on Earth, and we long to come back some day! Love you all! The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant. Special mention must go out to Ibrahim at the pool bar and the life guard Rafat who both made our holiday. I travelled alone with my daughter and Rafat was so brilliant playing games with all the kids and keeping them entertained. Ibrahim is also excellent at his job and I did not feel like a solo parent because they were both so friendly and helpful. The staff in the lobby bar were brilliant too, one who kept making animals (I don’t have his name) out of the fruit for my daughters cocktails, this guy is awesome and really deserves a special mention, absolutely outstanding service. Our hotel room was slightly shabby and needed a bit of work but honestly all that was completely overshadowed by the staff who were just absolutely brilliant. The lady on the front desk was also very helpful. Another thing worth mentioning is the close proximity to Soho Square, it really is less than a 5 min walk but they even have a shuttle bus if you don’t fancy the walk. Brilliant.
