Naama Bay Hotel & Resort

酒店生意挺好，人挺多。都是東歐的爸媽團。 酒店房間設施較老舊，但衞生尚可。 還不到12點就反覆催促退房。 早餐嘈雜，人多，味道差，混亂。服務員幫忙盛飯，態度還不好。 早餐體驗最差。 酒店有自己的海灘，但是5點就關，進都不讓進。想夕陽下在海灘散個步，想都別想。 酒店泳池，人多，環境差。 整體入住感受一般，同等價格遠不如諾富特。但是位置在naama商業街周圍吃飯購物很方便，酒店自營的對外餐廳，比較實惠。就是對內免費的餐廳，不怎麼樣。

We were given a room upgrade when we booked in so great start. The room was on the 5th floor with a pool and sea view and had 2 small double beds, a sofa bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There was a reasonable size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The air con worked well as did the wifi. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Obviously it is an older hotel so the room decor is a little dated but well cleaned. Our cleaner was excellent and friendly. There are 3 pools to choose from, one large with slides. The beach is a short walk away and has plenty of sun beds, seating, a bar and snacks. If you have walking difficulties the hotel will drive you down in a golf cart. It’s probably best to go early to secure a sun bed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is entertainment every night at the roof bar. Ali runs a small beauty salon in the hotel and I had a manicure and nails painted for a good price. The food is average but as we spoke to different people from 13 different countries it’s obvious that the hotel can’t please everyone all the time. If you fancy a change there are lots of reasonably priced restaurants in Naama bay. Being centrally placed in Naama Bay you are close to the shops and the beach and promenade. People will try to get you into their shops but it’s generally good humoured. If you want souvenirs there is an arcade next to Macdonalds with fixed prices and no hassle. La is Arabic for no, and a downward cut with the hand emphasises it. There are plenty of trips from Sharm that are worth doing and can be booked in town. If you want a quieter beach walk a little further along the promenade to the Kanabesh beach where you can pay for sun beds and towels (reasonable). The food at their beach bar is excellent - great pizzas. All things considered we had an excellent and relaxing holiday and would happily stay at the hotel again. The staff and brilliant and can’t do enough for you. We both had birthdays during the week and were given cakes. We also had a complimentary meal at the Boharat Restaurant- superb. The customer relations lady checked with people every day to see that they were happy or had problems.

We had a great stay at Naama Bay. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. A mistake was made with the beds which was rectified immediately. The food was varied with lots of choice and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. There was a mini disco every evening for the children followed by different entertainment every night of the week including different dancers, singers and a fire show. We'd love to visit again!

This place is NEVER a 5*. The place is needing a complete deep clean, 2nd floor eatery is filthy, the public toilets in hotel and Grill bar are appalingy dirty and never any soap/toilet rolls. Food is repetitive and cold, out of 7 days ate out 5 night time meals. The only thing good about this place is the staff. They totally made this holiday, thanks Albert, Sammi etc from bars.

Very nice hotel. Food is very good. Animation team very activ, a a lot of activities during day, darts game, water polo my favourite. Night show every day different. Near the hotel a lot of cafe, night clubs. I recommend this hotel for everyone!!!!?

Great Hotel and resort with 2 beech areas and 5 pools. Food was good and the service excellent especially from Peter who never let your glass get empty. Banderas was very good at organising the trips, Fathi and Eslam from Diving Vision, the hotel dive centre were both excellent diving instructors.

Located right in the heart of naama bay, so can be quite noisy at night if you’re in the main buildings. Staff are very friendly, the service is really good. The rooms could have been cleaner, our bathroom looked slightly grubby especially the bath. Beds are quite comfy, the room is comfortable and it was serviced every day. Food wasn’t to my taste. You won’t go hungry but it was just samey and we got bored of it pretty quickly. The restaurants were clean and plenty of staff though. There are 3 pools, one right beside reception which was in the shade a lot of the day. 1 main resort pool which was extremely noisy, music was cranked right up and it was impossible for me to stay there any longer than an hour. A quieter one with really comfortable beds was located quite near that one. Massive shout out to Amr the lifeguard at that pool who looked after us every day. He had 2 beds waiting for us every morning, brought us a wee bunch of flowers and made sure we had everything we needed. He is a lovely man and I hope his managers appreciate his hard work. Mohammed at that pool is also great, we ordered drinks and he kept them coming. Great service. The beach is a few minutes walk and is private for hotel guests. Elona from guest services was lovely too. There is entertainment in the lobby in the evening with singers, and in a bar on the 3rd floor the evening show. Overall it’s a good choice but it’s not as fancy as it makes out.

Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel, which it most definitely is not.....3 star at best.The whole place is in need of refurbishment,palm restaurant is more like a transport cafe,broken chairs, floors worn out ,they even had a wheelie bin next to the kitchen door and the food was nowhere near 5 star standard ??? Very dirty looking place.Rest of the hotel is poor ,I will never go there again. Be warned that the adverts say there are 5 restaurants on site, but when we got there we were told we could only use 2 as part of the all inclusive deal 😵‍💫One of which was the palm restaurant,never ate there in the evening,but had no choice for breakfast,because that was the only place that served breakfast in the morning, so that made it very chaotic.If you like Sharm el sheikh, which we thought was awful, there are a lot better hotels which are definitely 5 star. Trophy hotels, who own this hotel, should be ashamed and should go and visit and see for themselves how bad it is. We won't be going there ever again.
