Sharm Cliff Resort

Hotel is old but the staff is helpful and they will do their best to solve any problem, they clean the room everyday, beach amazing , swiming pool is clean. the problem is the resturant food is not good enough , its good if you will take breakfast but i dont recommend it for lunch and dinner , you can have a walk in namma bay which near by walking , the location of the hotel is its strength and the staff. you can book with them through a travel agency or online booking agencies , they dont have visa regarding payment , its cash and through online payment. The bus was good taking you on time to the beach and return you on time . Driver of the bus was good , respect the speed limit and drive gently.

We where 1-st time in Egypt and in Sharm - When we arrived at the Hotel - administration was good - (at the check in moment we where very tired and didnt understand almoust anything, we asked a pool view and balcony and we got it.) The room was clean, didn't mark any of this cleaning problems what was mentioned another rewievs (everything wasn't new, but facing fact that hotel has a 3 stars it was well). We was watching daily this and always someone and somewhere was cleaning something at the hotel public rooms. Poolguys where cleaning pools all the time. All the staff was very polite and friendly, barman at the pool bar was very well mannered in every situations - even with most annoying people i guess. Food was good, salads and vegetable products where good, but daily buffee menu was boring for us beacuse we missed more more different meat and fish products. Cakes where all really good , breads too - The view from dining balcony over the city was amazing. There was very safe to be -( noticed even a last day front of the building when staff outside didn't allowed an outsider tourist who walked from the stairs walk trhough the hotel area). Most annoying where the nights for us - we would really like listen more real egyptian music, but there was every evening only music for one nation - even after the bar was closed at the pool area there was people who continued screaming and playing music very loud until 2 or 3 am. In the end we didn't even wan't to go there. Hotel beach was very cool place and has beautiful views also , have to go by hotel bus about 7/8 km i guess.

Does not cater for western apatite.Mainly Egyptian and Russian guests.Both found to be very rude.i.e,they push in front of you at all times.Very annoying. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Aircon in room was broken from day one,poor maintenance in room,also toilet leaked.

The location of this hotel is ideal for lovely views, a quick transfer to and from the Sharm El Sheikh airport, there is also a quick trip to the beach which is free and the beach has a dedicated area for hotel guests. The hotel staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, the staff throughout made our holiday much more enjoyable! The hotel was clean throughout but could do with some modernisation! The 2 outdoor pools were always clean and staff around the pool always helpful. Food selection was good but could do with some more options each night. Would defo consider coming back again.

Actually, That is not my first visit as well i can decide that Sharm Cliff has proven it is own excellence to be in such category of hotel which is " Perfect vs Relaxing Vacation ". I had an excellent experience during the visit. Rooms are clean and tidy, House keeping guys are responding quickly and friendly. Pools are of acceptable cleanliness quality with heaters during winter days " ask life gurads " with Mini Aquapark which is suitable for families. Animation team provides nice shows during your stay " Ask about shows during dinner time which is at about 9 or 10PM Egypt Time ". Restaurant Provides Daily meals with acceptable quality but i recommend for you having your meal at the outdoor charming view which looks amazing as you will see all of Naama bay from your location " Timing for Meals will be provided for you with your room key as well beach shuttle schedule ". Hotel has two beaches which i consider them the best ever in sharm elsheikh, First is nearby Marina Sharm Hotel Beach which is so lovely sandy beach where you can spend your day there without getting bored, Just try a walk at the beach and you will never regret it, Second Beach is the rocky beach " Hadaba beach " which is nearby Farsha Cafe " which get visitors from all over the world to see the beauty of it and do not forget to take photos there as well your own beach shoes as to avoid any injuries as it is rocky! Suitable for Diving if you love it. Finally, If you are visiting Egypt with Friends or with Family, I recommend the hotel for you. You will find out that Staff is really friendly and helpful during your stay, Just if you faced any issue , go to the help desk or reception and ask about anything you want. Notice that Bus Shuttles have their own accurate schedule, Try to stick to the schedule to avoid missing the shuttle.

The worst experience I ever had one of the rooms did not even had an AC, there were no cleaning services offered for the rooms, there was a TV that was not even working, the food was a so so, the pools were not that clean and one of them was not even working, leaving all that aside the treatment was not that good, also the information that you leave in the form when you check in is not private at all such as your number for example, I seriously regret choosing this hotel and I don't recommend it at all so be carful to anyone who's thinking of going there. Again please be careful, it was such a bad experience that I am still shocked.

What a lovely hotel beautiful setting close to town and lovely staff so so friendly 😊 these staff go out of there way to help you ans make your stay a happy one I love it there and cannot wait to return again with my family we had a great stay. The pools are clean and I love the man who sells the English papers he's great

Actually, i have been to Sharm Cliff Resort for couple of times. On my last visit, Resort has got better including Beach as they renewed the beach ( Beach is nearby Marina Sharm Hotel ) which is the best place for you to visit if you love watching colorful fish and enjoy swimming in sandy beach . Rooms quality was good ( if you faced any problem just contact receiption ) , Staff is very friendly and helpful ( Languages spoken by then include Russian, Arabic, Ukrainian and English) . Activities are nice on beach as well in hotel ( you can visit Sharm Holiday Resort for more activities ). Restaurant was good but not so various amount of choices for you on dinner and breakfast ( Advice : " try to visit restaurant at early time to find all what you need and enjoy eating with comfort ") . In general, Resort visit was great ! thanks to the friendly staff . * Note: There are two beaches for the Resort ( Rocky and Sandy ) , if you love rocks ( you should have sea shoes for safety ) you can visit Rocky beach , if not so the Sandy beach is really great for you! Was concerned coming here as recent reviews rubbished the place.I came for one month and for what I paid good value.Hotel is tired/dated rooms big comfortable and clean! Food is tasty you won't see the best cuts of meat and selection is limited but you won't be I'll or starved , fruit is good I'm not big on desserts but one's I tried spot on,staff mostly friendly ...ok they're after tips but understand 100 dollars a month for long working days.Summing all things up it's a basic hotel,however pay double elsewhere you get same drink, marginally better food I've had worse in 5*Nabq hotel in past so don't expect the world for price paid.....hot water can be sporadic occasionally none at busy late afternoon,but it will appear eventually lol
