Havia insetos por todo o quarto, na cama, no chão e no banheiro. Pela primeira vez na minha vida, vi todos os tipos de insetos de perto. Sem mencionar as instalações obsoletas, a fechadura da porta do quarto é muito insegura e não pode ser trancada por dentro.É fácil de abrir por fora.

Quando fizemos a reserva, mostrou que a reserva foi bem-sucedida. Os membros do Ctrip tinham o direito de atrasar o check-out até as 14h. No entanto, o comerciante recusou esse direito. Não houve telefonema ou mensagem de texto para nos lembrar, o que nos deixou muito passivos e atrapalhou nosso plano de itinerário. Fizemos a reserva na Comunidade Yuehai, e o check-in foi feito diretamente na Comunidade Haiou, que fica mais distante. Nós também não nos importamos. Assim que entrei no quarto, encontrei algumas manchas amarelas sujas nos lençóis, então pedi ao escritório frontal que me trouxesse novos lençóis e colchas, e coloquei-os em mim. As toalhas de banho também foram esquecidas por nós. Depois de tomar banho, descobrimos que elas não estavam lá. Procuramos todos os cantos da sala, mas a recepção disse que elas estavam faltando. Toda a experiência foi muito pobre, especialmente o check-out tardio. No entanto, só sabíamos do check-out depois da uma hora, por isso a recepção não nos cobrou mais. A Ctrip também negligenciou o pagamento de 50 yuan devido a esta. espero melhorar

Very nice room, excellent view, I was at 25/F and even was raining too much some days was sunny and get better view. The ussues in here was they cannot speak English, is a young girl in there and she try but mostly was Google translate, the TV they can't set up to watch lical chanels like CCTV you most have to pay to watch anything, the cleaning womans doesn't clean the place very well at the 3er day need to complain because not even the toilet want to clean, they just go to leave towels, tissue, toilet paper , apart of this I enjomy stay in thei place.

Its surely a great location with great service and support from the staff. Even though, the room aint much clean, especially the exhaust in the room that I experienced. But, overall is great place, location, and especially staff support to make your life comfortable during stay.

房間很乾凈，坐在床上都可以看海景。房間設備齊全。已經是第二次住了。還是一樣的喜歡。下樓就是海，晚上的沙灘更是給你驚喜。樓下停車超級方便。

房間很温馨，乾淨舒適。陽台一眼望到大海，海風很舒服。房間有冰箱洗衣機很方便。長住需要做飯的夥伴可以自帶廚具。趕海撿了海貨可以自己做。
