酒店位置很好。酒店窗簾無法靠牆，所以天亮就會有光這樣透進來很影響睡眠。喊酒店服務人員想想辦法説無法處理，還説了一句做了那麼多年沒有遇到過你這樣的人。

一打開床單就有3跟頭髮了，感覺沒換，廁所滿地垃圾，要求加床被子也沒送來，説晚上幫我套好送，結果晚上還要催才送，送過來也沒有套好，最後我自己套。

地理位置方便，就在萬象城對面。酒店門口都是共享電動車，騎車去龍眼南路也很方便。
大堂環境不錯，方便旅客休息。
衞生間打掃不夠細心，有個煙頭沒有被清掃掉，另外洗澡時會有水滲出到淋浴房外。電視機無法觀看。
過年期間，可能人力緊張，前台衹見一位服務人員。

看了網上的差評，心裏一直在打鼓，直到走到門口，大堂看起來挺好的，前台工作人員態度也特別好，天氣冷下雨還準備了熱水，紅糖薑茶，檸檬茶和咖啡，入住酒店後，房間很乾凈，衞生整潔，還好沒被網上的差評帶跑偏，堅定的選擇這家酒店沒錯，我們的房間剛好對着萬象城，酒店是我此次去汕頭旅遊最滿意的一個地方。

除了地理位置好。根本不值300多一晚。房間衞生差、灰塵多。開了安心睡大床房、枕套都是皺的、嚴重懷疑是鐘點房使用後沒有替換新的床單。枕芯也是發黃。

房間有點緊湊，離萬象城幾步之遙。周邊公交車方便，可達各景區。離龍眼南美食街很近。出遊入住不錯的酒店。酒店房間可以看到萬象城，蘇寧廣場

入住當天電話聯繫大樓第二天早上要停電，詢問是否繼續入住。溝通後給升級了房型，並且在第二天停電後也有不錯的問題解決方案，服務很好。
房間確實比較小，但位置很不錯，到蘇寧廣場、周邊美食都很便利。總體性價比很高。

乾淨衞生，相信連鎖酒店的品質，床品舒服，惟一不足的是房間稍小了點，位置在中心城區，方便出行，價格合理。去小公園打個車方便。
