Hotéis Family-friendly em Shantou

The impression was we booked 4 rooms and we got all on the same floor, adjacent to one another. The twin room bed was 4 ft size - loved it. The location was perfect, close to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The minus was only the air conditioner was not sufficiently cool in some of our rooms, and it couldn't go colder even we adjusted the lowest temperature.

Hotel is good with the location around 40min from downtown. Room was clean and spacious, we really liked it. Its very clean with decent breakfast. Amenities are bit outdated, like swimming pool. There are many outside guests using hotel's resources... The last thing to mention is the staff which was really great, from guards, front office, housekeeping or waiters everyone was very kind and trying to make your stay great...

My only go to Hotel in Shantou. Stayed there for at-least 6 times. Good customers focus service from staff service from bell hop , reception, housekeeping to Sheraton Club’s GROs. Especially Ms Leung , Eleven for their assistance & attention to my family. Suggest that hotel interiors need upgrading & to start upgrading soon to retain long term customers. . Definitely will be back.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

My go to hotel in Shantou. An older hotel that is ageing gracefully. Great location, friendly service, lovely rooms and car parking

Hotel was previously known as Meritus, location is near 2 shopping complexes just a short 10 min walk away, only sad thing is furniture look a little tired after years without major renovation, breakfast is ok with lot of choices catering to both locals & foreigners.

Hotel was okay but felt like it was really old and dated, quite a few flys in the room. Bed was comfy and location was really good.

Facilities: New Sanitation: Clean Environment: Beautiful Service: Thoughtful The room is large, the equipment is new, there is plenty of hot water, the mattress is comfortable, the view is good, the location is convenient, it is very close to the Mixc, and there is a shared battery car downstairs, which is convenient for travel.

It is a very nice business hotel, in my opinion better than the Regency 5* hotel. It’s clean and the WIFI is strong, good for online meetings. Room is a little bit small, but the terrace makes it good again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Turn left and cross the overpass to Longyan South Road Food Street. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There are disposable slippers in the room. When you meet them outside, they will greet you warmly. The overall accommodation experience is very good. I will definitely come back next time and have also introduced relatives and friends to stay here next time.
