We have been to other daishs hotels previously, this is the best one for service friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent food and accommodation I would recommend this hotel for a holiday at any time of the year good holiday company

From the moment we got on the coach and arrived at Daish’s hotel we felt at ease. The staff were great and the food was varied and excellent. Our room was just right for us and cleaned daily and tea/coffee etc was replenished daily too. Wherever we went in the hotel staff were on hand to answer any questions and happy to help. We are going again Christmas and we cannot wait, hoping we have the same room again (number 10)

We have had an amazing stay again thank you! Staff were friendly, rooms spotless, food was good. Our waitress (dark hair and face piercings) is a absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of hotel is perfect with bus stops outside hotel you can travel all over the island. My 8 year old son was over the moon this time that children's bingo took place alongside the adults bingo and was very happy with his sweets. We will definitely be back next year.

Had a fabulous 5 days at this hotel 21st to 25th May. Did it self drive due to cancellation of coach. Went with daughter and son in law. Had a great drive down and arrived early for ferry and was aloud on an earlier sailing as there was room. Been to this hotel twice before and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is clean and tidy. The meals were ample as there was three courses plus tea and coffee for evening meal. Breakfast was also a good start to the day. Ryan was our waiter this time and did his very best to make sure we had what we wanted. Previously had Jordan and Monica, Both also excellent . The housekeeping staff are very good and if needed extra milk a note would suffice. Maintenance and bar staff also provided excellent service. All staff very friendly and efficient. From management to kitchen staff a very well done. The Isle of Wight has a lot to offer visitors from the historic Osborne House , Garlic Farm, Donkey Sanctuary to the several seaside resorts,something for everyone. I am sure we will be going back .

We had a 4 night stay over the New Year period. The hotel was nicely decorated & all staff were friendly creating a nice atmosphere. All meals were good & well presented. Entertainment was also good. A lovely festive break at a reasonable price.

Great value, my Husband and I had loads of fun, we had good food cooked freshly and served by friendly staff . There was coffee and Tea available all day ,a warm welcoming clean and comfortable hotel that was a great break after a very busy Christmas.

Fab time over New year...Phil fab barman...Ryan In the restaurant so good. Connor very attentive to the tables. Chris is very dry and cute 😍 Lauren is beautiful and clearly the boss😙 David barman is a George Michael double 😳 Love them all 🥰😍🤗

Nice hotel could do with updating its a bit tired staff pretty good except one in the dining room what a misery meals were good could do with more choice rooms were okay room staff very good bar staff good, Coach driver was excellent the knowledge that driver had was very good if we go with skills again we want the same driver

We just ADORE Daish's Hotel in quaint Shanklin Old Village on the Isle of Wight. The staff are so friendly & welcoming - & it is lovely to be recognised as a returning guest (our 8th or 9th visit & our 3rd Tinsel & Turkey break). The food is good & filling, the rooms comfortable, the ambience excellent, especially at Christmastime. A lovely family-run hotel that we return to again & again.
