The facilities are good. The room is very warm.
The staff is very nice and supportive. My friend forgot her bag when coming to train station and the staff helped her to call taxi deliver her bag without fee.

We stay here for 2 days. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and the floor is heated. Even though the weather outside was very cold and dry, the room was warm and cozy. Highly recommend!

In the old town, close to everything. Nice decoration and good facilities, floor heating, good breakfast. The hot water system seems to have a problem, the water temperature is fluctuating while you're taking shower. Limited parking places at the front of the entrance.

Well what can I say - this was a really, really great place to stay. The staff were very sweet and wonderful, the hotel is very cozy, and it is just a 5 minute walk from the main places in the old town. The rooms had heated floors which made it all the more comfortable. I also had a really fun time interacting with the young staff and sharing stories and cups of delicious tea which they made. Their library of books is excellent as well, if you want some quiet reading time under the sun roof. As a cherry on top they also have a very cute cat who is sunbathing most of the time. I would most certainly go back here the next time.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and gave great information about the area. They also provided a free serving of fruit when we arrived, and explained how to turn on the humidifier and oxygen machine in the room. The hotel is located in ancient town, but Didis can still reach the front door of the hotel. It is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. We had an early flight, and the hotel helped schedule a Didi for us. The hotel also had three sweet cats.
The shower head was a little low, but aside from that the amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. 😊

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The host was so nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay again, highly recommend!
