Experiência de check-in muito boa, o ambiente do hotel, o saneamento e as instalações são de primeira qualidade! Principalmente a recepção da senhorita Wang Shiyu na recepção, o atendimento é caloroso, a recepção é atenciosa, cheia de amor, você deve gostar!

Moro em mais de duzentos hotéis em todo o mundo. Este é quase o mais econômico. É um produto com muito cuidado.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and patient. We were a group of 15 people and the service crew went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Special shout out to 蓝小娟 at the cafeteria and 曹仿 who helped us with all the costumes and activities. We had a great time!

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

The location doesn't offer much around and there are no dining options other than the on-site restaurant. But those are the only disadvantages; the grounds are beautiful and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable! The facilities are well-maintained and the restaurant portions are copious and quite tasty. To get around the hotel, the front desk sends a golf cart. The pool staff were very helpful filling the pool with colder water when we stayed in the summer. It feels like a true holiday. I would choose this hotel again if in the area and in need of a staycation!

開元觀堂，徽派建築園林式酒店，就像住進了風景裏，清凈優雅，服務態度超級好👍謝謝冉雪艷，邱麗霞兩位小姐姐的熱情招待，得知媽媽年長特地升級了一樓庭院房。酒店還可以免費體驗漢服和國風手工製作，很有意思。如果酒店能增設一些小商店會更方便一些。總體體驗相當好，是一家很適合有長者的家庭旅遊入住酒店。

來江西旅遊，入住了上饒開元觀堂酒店。這裏太棒了，住這裏，你甚至可以忽略部分主流景點的存在，感受很好。這是一家古風園林式酒店，由二十多座保留完好的徽派老宅及被搭理的超級漂亮蘇式園林組成。外部車輛衹能停在園區門口，這裡有熱情的迎賓人員接待您，並由隨叫隨到的接駁車把客人接到接待大堂，接待人員很快就會把入住手續辦好並繼續安排接駁車把客人送到預約好的房間或宅院。房間很大，很乾凈，很舒適，佈置的很有格局，犄角旮旯所及之處摸不到灰塵。硬件的品質也不錯，沒有廉價感。門前窗外均是美景。所遇到的每個服務人員，接待、客房、園林、餐廳，不分崗位，都會主動的跟客人微笑打招呼，都有着不錯的職業修養。尤其是環境，花草樹竹，亭台樓閣，方磚漫道，水系纏繞，非常nice，一步一景，並且見不到一丁點的垃圾。早餐還算豐盛，種類上跟其他酒店差別不大，勝在服務。古風酒店，大多都能做出古樸幽雅，細節上還能做到一絲不苟，實屬不易。入住兩天，晴天室外遊園，雨天陽台品茶，甚是愜意。這裏應該不算市中心，距高鐵打車二十多分鐘，距三清山機場半個小時。接駁車司機，叫陳紅桃，名字柔雅，是位先生，為我們驅車打傘，着實感動。離開後，已經到了機場，發現有東西落在了房間，聯繫了前台，小姐姐叫李夢娜，積極幫我聯繫查找，安排了順豐，並承諾下次入住可以幫我安排免費升房，表示感謝哈。下次來上饒，我還會選擇這裏。極力推薦。

設施：整個酒店都是在一個大的園林裏面，設施特別齊全，屋內有乾濕分離的衞生間和大浴缸，床也很舒服 衞生：每天都打掃的乾乾淨淨很棒 環境：世外桃源仙境一般，清凈，適合修養療愈 服務：服務一流，態度都很好，前台小冉態度積極，響應很快，有求必應；司機師傅陳國強態度很好，給我們介紹當地特色，好評 以後還會再帶家人在這邊度假休閑的 手工DIY:還體驗了贈送的手工和漢服，很有趣
