This Royal Court Heting is the third-ranked hot spring hotel in Shanghai on Ctrip. I came here with the intention of giving it a try. The transportation is very convenient. I arrived quickly following the navigation. It is quiet in a bustling city. There is a snack street at the door. Walking over is the Central Plaza. It is very lively outside, but the hotel is very quiet. There is no noise. The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic. When you need to wait in line to check in, the sister gave me two bags of feeding. We fed the koi and rabbits at the door. There are three little rabbits, cute and scrambling to eat delicious food. A cat also came next to us, as if to greet us. Touch it. When checking in, the brother gave us a free upgrade to the duplex. I was so happy. This hotel has butler service. I added WeChat. He took four away before leaving. The hotel also specially arranged various New Year activities every afternoon. I had a very comfortable Spring Festival here. When the spring is warm and the weather is beautiful, we will come again😊😊

Living in his home can enjoy the public facilities in Anlu for free, it is really fragrant...

Beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Service was amazing and staff were very nice and helpful. Very easy communication via WeChat. Coffee delivered to your room upon request. Toiletries were Byredo. There is a washing machine which is a really nice surprise. There is a stove and oven (I wish it was a microwave instead though!). Some issues with the bidet but they came quickly to repair it once I informed them on Wechat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

It's close to Disney. There is a free shuttle bus. The room is not as large as expected. It has all the basic equipment. It doesn't matter if you don't have toothbrush or toothpaste or not enough hangers or places to hang clothes. Just bring your own. The room for three people is just right. The carpet and cushions used for the small coffee table next to it were too dirty, and some household items had not been cleaned for a long time. Others were fine.
