I had an amazing five-night stay at the Golden Tulip Shanghai! The location was perfect, the service was excellent, and the view from the room was stunning. One of the highlights was the thoughtful surprise they arranged for my brother’s birthday, sending a cake via a robot, which made the experience even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Environment: It is located at the entrance of Korea Street. It feels very comfortable when you enter. Although the lobby is small, it does not feel stingy at all. Facilities: The toilet is heated, and you need to wash the toilet once every time. It’s very smart. Hygiene: It is quite clean, but there is a trace of dust in some places that are not used very much. It is recommended to clean it more often. Service: The front desk staff was our first contact. We stayed 2 nights at Mercure. We arrived near midnight due to our flight, but check in was fast. It was a relief as we were dead tired due to the long hours of traveling. Staff were efficient and courteous. The beds are super comfortable and we slept well. As for breakfast, there were adequate variety with good mix of western and Chinese cuisine. The location is excellent, no complaint at all. The hotel is near a nice community park, metro station, several shopping malls with food, cafe and retail outlets. Also nearby was the famous Linkong soho designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid. All within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We couldn't ask for a better location to stay. In summary, great location and nice comfortable bed.

Nice hotel. The room was big enough and clean, and the room service was efficient. Breakfast was also plentiful enough. The location is very convenient, as there are three lines close to the hotel. In front of it there is also a mall, in case you want to buy food or other things. Recommended.

Disappointing. We had to change rooms twice due to mould and the musty smell of mould or old smoke in the rooms. Around the A/C units in multiple rooms that we checked (when checking the replacement options) had mould around, and in the vicinity of the A/C vent. It was clear the vents had not been cleaned for a long time. On some floors when you came out the lift the whole floor smelt of a stale mould, or old smoke. The rooms with a mould problem should not be used. The staff were good at moving us to a better room but it took multiple attempts. The hotel itself is somewhat tired looking in places. The offer when we booked was Children stay for free. However when we checked in we were expected to pay for a bed for our daughter and purchase a 3rd additional breakfast. So this offer is basically useless, beware.

The hotel did not accommodate my requests as outlined in my trip.com booking, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would stay in this hotel again. There are many different services (pool, gym, spa) and places to eat and drink within the hotel, and it is next to a nice garden.

In general i feel good. but i have 2 points would like to tell : 1. we would like to book your conference room for our 2.5 days meeting during our visit. But we cancelled our idea as we found that it was very expensive. We cannot understand why we cannot get a good offer even we stay at your hotel. 2. For the 1st morning that we ordered wonton at breakfast time. The lady was so unlike to make. Her face should us that she really really not happy to make it. we really could not understand why she was so unhappy. we though that she may not in good mood at that day. But it was happened again . we really did not know what happened with her. until the last day of our breakfast. We were so happy that she was not there but a young ***. He was so nice to make wonton for us. These are our comments for this trip. Thanks.

The accommodation experience at Vienna Hotel at the intersection of Hongxin Road and Caobao Road is quite good! In particular, the hotel can park, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there is a tram charging service, which is really considerate for families traveling with children. Although the decoration style is a bit old, I heard that there is a plan for upgrading and renovation. If you come back to experience it next year, it should have a brand new feeling. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very good. There are many tourist attractions around, such as Jinjiang Amusement Park, Qibao Old Street and Shanghai Zoo, which are very suitable for taking children to play. It is also very convenient to go to the Bund and Nanjing Road. It only takes about 40 minutes to take a taxi, which is very convenient. In general, this choice is really wise! I can spend a happy holiday with my children!

This is my first time staying here, mainly because it is close to everything. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the rooms are relatively new. It's a bit noisy next to the highway, but the service staff are very nice. If you need anything, you can go to the front desk and ask for it. There is also a 20 yuan buffet in the morning. Although it is relatively simple, it is still nutritious and you can make your own noodles. Very fresh 👍

The hotel has a good location, close to the Pearl Market and the many bars and restaurants in Laowai Street. The hotel has no lift, meaning that you have to carry your luggage to your room yourself, so a lot of hassle if you have large/heavy suitcases. The hotel looks clean, but the towels smelled strongly of cigarettes.

The store has a strong anime atmosphere, with figures all over the corridors. You can book figures from them. The room layout is very reasonable and clean. The bed is very soft and comfortable. The front desk lady is very beautiful and has a good service attitude. The computer configuration is also very good and runs very smoothly.
