I felt that the room was extremely small,it was barely wide enough for the bed. The breakfast was very poor it only had Chinese selections and not a great variety. To be truthful it was very disappointing,one of the things I look forward to when I travel is the western breakfast options in hotels,and this one gets a zero

A hotel I trust implicitly. Delivers comfort and access to the whole of Pudong and Shanghai a little further afield due to proximity to metro line. Located opposite NYU Shanghai and close to the great shopping in TaiKooLi, this is location at its best. Hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and service is excellent. If you’re staying just overnight or making a long weekend of it, it would be hard to find a better location and price than the Shang- my go-to choice when I’m in Shanghai.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro station "Oriental sports centre" and very near the shopping malls Tai koo li and the Crystal plaza. My only gripe is that I had to carry my luggage up the stairs at the hotel entrance.
The room is very clean and stylish. I love that there is a laundry room on every floor. Although there is only one stack, I hardly see any other users. There is even a coffee machine in the laundry room.
The hotel is great for solo travellers, but not so much for couples as there is limited space in the room.

The hotel is 5 mins walk the mtr station and a big shopping mall. The design of the hotel is in Japanese style. The lobby area and cafe area is big and so it is comfortable to work there. The room is spacious for a single person.

We were looking for a reasonably priced 4 or 5-star hotel, that is close to Snow Peak. This hotel is within walking distance. The design is amazing and the reception team was great. We got in quite late in the evening and I didn't catch the name of the gentlemen who checked us in, but he was friendly helpful, and quick. The next morning, Totti helped us to have a later check out and supported us in arranging some coping for a business arrangement. The hotel is within walking distance of Snow Peak, were you can find a variety of restaurants and high-end shopping. Within the hotel, there is a cozy bistro-style area where they serve breakfast and refreshments. They also have a lounge area to meet friends. The hotel's design is truly artistic and smart. We enjoyed our room and the way they used the space. It was clean, had great coffee in the room. We will stay here again!
