作為黑鑽用户，我自認為自己住過不少酒店，能排上我心目中第一位的衹有上海建業裏嘉佩樂。房間乾淨整潔自然不必多言！每一位服務人員的熱情，讓在外的人感到温暖。入住期間，有一天下雨，我們4個人打2把雨傘，每一位服務員見到除了問好，都會問您還需要傘嗎？不會像其他酒店的服務員視而不見。對待小朋友也非常友好，給小朋友準備的洗漱用品和拖鞋質量也非常好。早餐可以送到房間，每天都會準時送達，態度好到讓人覺得不好意思！早餐很美味，尤其牛肉麪，我的最愛！有機會去上海，一定再去嘉佩樂。

房間特別棒，上檔次，服務也不僅是周到了，而是高端大氣。圖書館的蛋糕特別好吃。房間設施也是一流。就是早餐稍貴，口味偏西式，中式的做得一般。比起和平飯店之類的差太遠，貴太多。

酒店的服務很好，checkin是在沙發區，也會送茶工作人員也都很友善很熱心，每天下午在嘉佩樂圖書館還有免費的蛋糕和茶水，重點是嘉佩樂人很少，過來以後感受到了久違的清凈，嘉佩樂的位置很好 在老城區這邊附近有很多地方可以走走。
管家小姐姐Raven很温柔，很有耐心，專業講解別墅的歷史，有疑問有需求都是第一時間回覆。
嘉佩樂酒店的硬件沒話説，房間一共有五層，一樓是客廳和客衞，二樓是一個迷你影音室裏麪是免費的minibar，三樓是卧室和衣帽間，四樓是衞生間，五樓是一個露天的陽台。

帶着倆娃，酒店非常的人性化，親子友好，床可以安圍欄，廁所有寶寶坐便馬桶圈，2歲小朋友的浴衣也有準備。早餐可以房間吃也可以去餐廳（去餐廳感覺更好），娃非常喜歡，5層樓爬上爬下玩的很開心。
